K&B Towing was communicative, quick, respectful, and efficient. We waited for a different towing company set up by our insurance company for over 90 minutes and were never able to get a hold of them. K&B answered right away, put us in touch with a nearby tow truck within minutes, and arrived within the 20 minute timeframe they initially presented. Would highly recommend this company for towing!

I chose KB Towing Truck because of the convenience_24hours! After contacting the office online. Nancy was prompted to my response; we texted to schedule timing and just as promised they delivered excellent customer service.
Adam was on time and professional. His attitude was nice and refreshing; he enjoys what he do. I truly appreciate KB Towing Tow Truck service because they came thru in the clutch!!! Thank u again KB!

I needed to return my leased vehicle but I'm stuck out the country during the COVID19 pandemic, so it was down to my parents to help me.. I reached out to KB to help me arrange and Adam was super helpful in sorting. My dad said from start to finish he was great, communication was fantastic. I really appreciate Adam going that extra mile to help when we needed it. Highly recommend!

I've had the unfortunate need to be towed twice in the past two months and KB's cost twice what my last tow did for the same equipment and services. KBs did a great job, but so did my last tow for half the rate.
For additional clarity, I'm comparing the costs of basic services. Their hookup fee is higher than my last total tow cost. I needed to be towed further by KBs which brought the total to 3x my last tow, but that's not directly comparable to a shorter distance tow.
Good service, very high price.

Extremely helpful on the first call, and rather fast response from the tow truck driver. He did not mind waiting for extra 20 minutes or so, and swiftly delivered my vehicle to the shop.
They would constantly update me on the status and made sure I knew everything.
Great service, would recommend to anyone who is in need of their tow truck service.
