Our services span the range from prioritizing your facilities for LED retrofits to performing an investment-grade lighting audit, continuing through the lighting installation and rebate application, and then on to service after project completion. We provide a turnkey solution that delivers every aspect of the LED lighting upgrade, including several innovative financing solutions to help you pay for up to 100% of the project.
We count among our distributors the very highest quality manufacturers that make the most dependable LED fixtures and lamps. Nearly all of their LED products come with 5- to 10-year warranties, and 50,000 to 175,000 hour lifespans. Our customers can rely on the fact that nearly every product we sell is found on the DesignLights Consortium's Qualified Product List, the gold standard of LED lighting third-party testing and verification.
We provide several different options to pay for 100% of the cost of an LED lighting upgrade in your facility with no capital expenditures. Each financing option also allows you to keep all of the available utility company rebate as well.
In addition to a traditional equipment lease, we offer financing through Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs, which pay for the cost of a retrofit by increasing the property's annual or bi-annual real estate assessment.We also offer financing through our revolutionary Lumens-As-A-Service program, under which we will purchase, install and maintain the lighting system over the period of a multi-year service contract.
