Dr. Pierre-Louis and her staff are so knowledgeable. Anything I have concerns on they have a solution. I’m so thrilled with my skin and results. As a black woman it’s so nice that to know I’ve found a clinic that specializes in ethic persons. I’m continue to go back and back fixing everything from head to toe! Thank you!

I was really excited about this place and then we went for my son's appointment and waited for 1 hr. Which seems to be a thing with this place. They took a mole off of him said it would be 2wks for results and they would call well it's been 3wks past the 2wks they said. I called them a week ago left a message asking for results never heard back. I called again and they said they needed the NP to log in and they would call me woth the results. I will not be going back, I feel they don't value the patients time and the fact that they dropped the ball on giving biopsy results is crazy

I have been coming here for the past two years. I used to love this clinic and Dr. Pierre-Louis, but the wait times have become absolutely unbearable. For my most recent appointment, I was forced to wait an entire hour, only to be seen by the doctor for about 2 minutes, just to renew a routine yearly prescription. The doctor is also very obviously rushed and does not provide diligent time or attention. I will probably try to find a different dermatologist moving forward.

I am torn on whether or not to continue coming to this practice. Dr. Pierre-Louis is a lovely person, but at both of my recent appointments I waited an hour to see her, and then the visits felt rushed because she clearly had many patients waiting to see her. She did mention that she is trying to increase her staff, so hopefully it will get better, but just be aware that current wait times are VERY long and you might not get a lot of time with the doctor.

I have been coming here for 3 years and today was my last visit. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby before even being called back and it was 90 minutes before I even saw the Dermatologist.
I’ve always noticed long wait times here but today was particularly bad and the last straw for me. I don’t have the luxury to spend 2 1/2 hours on my appointment (including driving time) so I won’t be returning to this practice.
This is a private practice so there’s only one dermatologist to see all of the patients.
They do have nice specials available, I got a free chemical peel last year for coming

I literally travel 1,000 miles to be under Dr. Pierre-Louis’ care! A few years ago I was introduced to her via a work event where she spoke about the importance of skincare. Since then, I relocated across the country and although I have a dermatologist (who is fantastic) in my area, I STILL travel at least once a year for a “check-up” with Dr. Pierre-Louis. She’s knowledgeable, personable and takes pride in providing an awesome patient experience. If you’re in need of a dermatologist, she’s fantastic!

Dr. Pierre-Louis is compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made me feel really included in my treatment, asking how I felt about the plan she outlined. When I brought up research I had done on my own, she didn't dismiss it. She affirmed some of the information I found and educated me on the things I missed. I feel very safe and welcomed in her office and each appointment is quick, but thorough.

Dr. Pierre-Louis and her staff were incredible. I left my last dermatologist as I didn't feel like I was being listened to. Dr. Pierre-Louis took the time to listen to my concerns, she gave me recommendations, and ended up doing 2 small procedures for me right away without needing another appointment. Previously these concerns have simply been brushed off and more medication was simply pushed my way. I have a strong family history of melanoma and she took her time to explain what to look out for and assuaged any concerns. All of the staff were very nice and welcoming, even with masks on you could
