Dr. Mohiba Tareen is a nationally acclaimed board certified dermatologist and is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Minnesota and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Columbia University. Tareen Dermatology serves the entire St. Paul and Minneapolis area.
An Owatonna native, Dr. Griffin received her bachelor's degree from Wheaton College, Illinois, and her medical degree from Loyola Medical School in Chicago. She completed her residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago after which she and her husband spent 14 years serving in the Navy and Marine Corps.
Melinda (Mindy) Parker, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant and is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. She graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She then pursued her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, graduating in 2008.
Stephanie Weinberger is a board certified Physician Assistant and joined Tareen Dermatology in 2020. She graduated from University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry, and went on to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.

I had the best appointment yesterday with Dr. Holzwarth and Lucia. They were so fantastic and.took care of my skin issue with care and a lot faster than I thought it would take. Answered my questions and gave me information. Will definitely be going back and have already referred a friend to them. Everyone in the office was so friendly.

I was treated for skin cancer on my nose and cheek. Jamie did my treatments. She is great. Jamie always explained what she was doing and made sure I am doing well. She told me what to expect and to use the creams she gave me. That is good advice because when it comes to noses you can't be too picky.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully and disregarded before in my life by a doctor. I would not suggest this practice. All they care about is how much money they can make off of you. No one should ever leave a clinic feeling the way I felt after my visit at Tareen Dermatology. Something told me this was an uppity place and I should've listened to my instincts.There are so many 1 star elements about this practice and I can't list them all because I'm still so upset and shocked by how I was treated. All I can say is stay far away from this place.

I'm happy with my experience and their staff was friendly and professional.
Had a skin check, rosacea prescription, and 3 moles removed in the same visit & she saw things I hadn't even noticed myself. Pasty-white, Irish skin so I've been told to get checked regularly (although this is my first appt since high school 🤔). They're scheduled out pretty far for new clients so get your appt booked ahead of time.

I had a fantastic experience at Tareen Dermatology with Dr. Holzwarth! My acne had been flaring so much from wearing masks all the time, and Dr. Holzwarth completely cleared up my acne. I really appreciated how much time Dr. Holzwarth spent going through treatment options with me and how he found the treatment plan that fit me the best. Dr. Holzwarth and his team are so helpful, I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

I've been going to Tareen Dermatology for the past year, always had a good experience. I'm impressed with the physician, Dr. Tareen, as well as her support staff. Everyone seems efficient, caring, and capable. All my questions are addressed. The fees have been reasonable and no surprises. Very satisfied customer!

I've suffered from a skin condition since the age of 9 or 10 and saw many dermatologists who were unable to successfully diagnose and improve my condition. I saw Dr. Tareen several years ago who immediately diagnosed me with psoriasis. She came up with an effective treatment plan, which included laser to my scalp, that put my condition into a remission of about 6 months. I saw Erin M for laser treatments and she is awesome! This was genuinely life-changing, as I finally had much-needed relief from the flaking and itching I've experienced for years. Dr. Tareen is brilliant and I highly recommend
