Capraras is the BEST repair shop I have ever been to! Seriously the greatest experience I've ever had with a car. I've had a scratch on my car for two years and was referred to Capraras by an auto zone employee. After countless horrible interactions with mechanics, my faith was restored with Jeremy!!! Who likes it when they need to get work done on their car? I'll answer for everyone and say no one!! Lol However, I had an accident and work was needed. I went to the shop the day the accident happened and Bob took it in immediately and explained by showing me exactly what happened and what he could see was damaged, he walked me through everything… and what I needed to do for insurance etc and was so personable that I honestly was in a better mood the entire day after I left, who leaves a car auto body shop in a better mood than when they came in?! 😂 Seriously though, I knew that

Just a few weeks after treating myself to this last year I experienced some major hate with someone keying the front panel right where I'd be forced to see it every time I got in or out, along with a few other things to damage it. At the time I wasn't in a position to have it repaired so I just had to live with it and be unhappy about it. I was rear-ended in November of 2019 and had all the body work done at Caprara's. my car is super important to me so high quality was definitely something I needed when it came to get in my car repaired. The staff were so friendly and professional they even cleaned my car from head to toe and it was amazing. Will for sure bring any vehicles that… require body work back to them. Their customer service is exceptional. One of my rear sensors fell into the bumper a year after they did the work on my car, I called them and they said to bring it in I brought it in that day and they fixed it right

Unfortunately I have had to bring my car here twice this year! Both times I was rear ended. They were amazing getting my vehicle in and getting it done. They handled everything with the insurance company and tow company. The office staff is so friendly and great! The work they did was thorough and great quality. Hopefully I won’t be needing their services again anytime but we still have 3 months left of 2020! Thank you all so much!
