I don’t know anything about cars, I never have. These things haven’t been explained to me and i’m totally lost. With that being said, I got into a fender bender (first time ever) and needed to get a part of my car replaced. I went for an estimate, they were really welcoming and it literally took ten minutes tops. They asked me if I had insurance and walked me through everything. Jim told me exactly what was wrong and what I needed. They also told me it only takes 1-2 days usually to get the part so I was pretty pleased with that. I’ve always

Such a great group to work with. My Jeep was nearly totaled by a hit and run. The entire staff worked diligently to get it repaired. They welcomed me back when a few small pieces were still out of sorts when my Jeep was returned. They made sure that I was satisfied and that the work was done correctly. The customer service showed by both Kim and Jim was impeccable. I was frequently getting calls to keep my in the loop. I’m very thankful for their hard work and highly recommend!

I've gone to Jim Collins Auto Body since 2013 and ivd received nothing but the best service. They understand that people have budgets so they try to find the best price for the parts or services rendered. Kim recently went above and beyond for me when my car got totaled, the insurance was saying one thing and she found several flaws and even helped me get money back. This is a very trustworthy business and they always take care of their customers.
