Christine has been in Healthcare for over 20 years. She began her studies of Chinese Medicine in 1995. She attended both Hawaii College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and South Baylo University in Anaheim, CA. Christine is considered a Primary Care Practitioner in the state of California and she uses an integrative approach, working closely with Western doctors to ensure her patient's optimal care.
Acupuncture is a holistic healing technique that entails stimulating certain points on the body, most often with needle penetrating the skin, to alleviate pain or to help treat various health conditions. Acupuncture works by creating vasodilation of the blood vessels, allowing more blood, oxygen and nutrients to reach the site of injury and induce healing.
Dr. Christine Connor L.Ac, DAOM is a long time practitioner of Chinese herbal medicine. She has trained with masters in their field from China and Taiwan over the last 20 years. She uses pulse diagnosis as well as an extensive intake from the patient to diagnose and design herbal extract formulas for each patient.

Christine is very knowledgeable. I was having leg and hip pain at night and could not sleep. After trying a few different ways to treat the problem, she determined it was from my Sciatica and my lower back. I am pain free and the movement in my hip and legs are much better. I found Dr. Connor in December of 2018. She turned my life around. My back pain was so bad I could only work 6 days a month in 3 hour increments. Now I work 5 days a week, 8 hour days - I have minimal back pain and I own a commercial janitorial busines, doing manual labor. I came to see dr.connorfor brain fog, fatigue and not being able to lose weight.She started me right off with a very manageable diet,not a starvation diet, just guided me to eating right for my body. Dr. Connor is fabulous! My therapy began as soon as I parked in the parking lot. The office is so serene and relaxing. The atrium leading to her office reminded me that it's time to take a moment out of my busy schedule to decompress. Once I opened the door, I felt like I was in a luxurious medical spa. Just the right mix of a sterile clinic blended with the elegance of a retreat.

I've felt a lot better after my treatments and using custom herbs that Dr Connor prepared for me. I have had fatigue, digestive, insomnia problems and shoulder/lower back tension. After my first treatment, I started taking the herbs right away. Within 5 days I was feeling improvement. I am looking forward to more progress with additional treatments.
Her office is in a great location that is easy to get in and out. I love that her tables have warmers. It's very relaxing that I have fallen asleep once.

Dr. Connor is spot on with her treatment. Not only has she helped alleviate pain, she has also assisted me with other ailments. I was amazed at the speed and accuracy of her diagnosis and treatment. A little over a month ago, a friend and I went to get a massage. I went there initially just for fun and for some vertigo that I was having after a gnarly flight to and from Austin. I also told her about my should situation due to how much I work on a computer tablet. She told me she could show me the affects on my shoulder situation by placing some needles in various places on my leg and asked if I would give it a try.
