I was traveling in the Orlando area when I had an issue with PC that I could not repair on my own. I needed the PC the same day for a tournament. When there are problems with my computer, I panic. My life is enclosed in this machine. PCMechanic is professional, and kept me informed through his process of bringing my laptop back to life. Jose Ortiz spent about 2 hours on my wife's laptop last March (8 months ago) during our stay in Florida.
He fixed the problem and provided a number of free software programs to avoid recurrence of the problems.
The cost was nominal and much less than warranted. We can highly recommend him.
