Today's businesses require you to have some level of information management- computers, laptops, email systems, centralized data, backup systems. And as you've probably experienced, it's easy to spend too much time (and money!) trying to understand it all, and piece together a system that works for your business.

However, I know many people are still using XP, simply because they know and like it, and avoid the hassles of a new learning curve after an upgrade. This trojan has been able to infect Macs due to a Java Virtual Machine vulnerability that has since been corrected by both Apple and Oracle for the PC world.

After being out of town for a couple of weeks, I had an issue where all of the sudden my MacBook Air wouldn't connect to the internet even though I had a very good wi-fi signal. I use this computer for work and use it every day. Brian was able to come over and take a look at it. Within about 20 mins he had the problem resolved and now I am up and running. Thank you Brian for being responsive, professional, and good at what you do.

Brian with Freedom Computer services has saved our office on more than one occasion. We had an issue with our router after we switched our internet provider and neither provider could figure out the issue. Brian came in and within 30 minutes had diagnosed the problem and was on the phone with both providers to resolve. Less than an hour after arriving, we were back online and able to get back to work.
