I’m currently purchasing in a new build subdivision and because I follow a few home inspectors on TikTok I learned that it’s a really good idea to have a total of three (3) inspections when in this situation. The first of the three is a pre-drywall inspection. After researching and talking to three home inspectors I chose A & D Home Inspections.

I looked high and low for a good house inspector. But A&D Home Inspector stuck out among out of all of them. Not by the number of reviews but the quality of the reviews. I saw the most important thing, one of the reviews stated that he saved them from a disastrous house.
If you really want to know what you are buying this is the inspector you want to use! He is highly knowledgeable, he has all the correct equipment to fully test all the things in the house. He takes the time and empowers you by explaining everything and he was always willing to answer the phone with any questions I had. Thanks

Darrell from A&D Home Inspection was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. He was able to identify a few problem areas with our home prior to closing. A&D Inspections was extremely thorough and professional. Darrell came on time and was very informative as he came across issues with the home that we were looking at purchasing. He was courteous and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us to get the information that we needed for the home. He ended up saving us untold thousands of dollars that would have been needed to correct the deficiencies he uncovered. We will definitely use him again when we need an inspection, and highly recommend him to others.

A & D was very professional and very thorough. I called and he came a couple of days later on time and ready to inspect! One thing that I really like about A & D was the fact that after he was done his inspection he had me come and gave me a walkthrough of the issues that he had seen, things I should be in concerned about, things that may just be cosmetic, just gave me an all-around preview of what was to be in the report. After the walk through he told me that he would be able to give me the report the following morning. Darell did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Hired A&D Home Inspection to perform a home inspection prior to the purchase of our new home., and found Darrell to be honest, polite, he was on time and most importantly very knowledgeable and thorough. We had them come out to do a home inspection on a house we are selling. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. After the inspection Darrell showed me all the things that needed to be fixed. He also showed me how to fix the things that we could do ourselves which was a great help. We would definitely recommend A&D to anyone needing a home inspection.

A&D Home Inspection did a great job in inspecting our home and shop buildings before we proceed with our home purchase. Darrell and Andrea were very thorough and careful to explain findings and make recommendations for repair and continued maintenance.
