I would recommend them to everyone they are very honest people and hard working if they tell you something they will make sure they have it done on time. I will take my business there for any of my boat and motor needs. Thank you for all the fair and honest work you did for us.

Worst customer service I have ever received. One lady doesn't even recognize your existence and the guy is abrupt and rude.

If you need a boat go to pelican and ask for Richie.
I had a great experience with him and he went above and beyond what he had to. Highly recommend.

We just purchased a 2018 Tidewater from Pelican Marine Center and they were absolutely fantastic. Richie and Maria are a superstar team. Richie provided excellent customer service and followed up with us without delay, this was important because we were coming from S. Florida and had to make a 4 1/2 trip to pickup the boat. RIchie walked us through the entire boat and explained everything in detail and provided boat history and operations. Maria was prepared and had everything done when we got there. When we are ready to upgrade to another boat we will definitely be looking to Pelican Marine Center

Just bought my new Hurricane boat from PMC and could have not asked for better customer service! Everything from start to finish was outstanding. This was our first boat purchase and Richie was incredible and thorough with the entire process. The communication between his team was on point. Richie was so helpful with building the boat and answered every question and need we had. We called over 35 dealerships in the entire state of Florida and ended up with an unbeatable price with PMC and not only that, but hands down this was the best customer service from the start! I had originally taken my boat to Antonetti Marine in Hudson, and after almost $6,000.00 they still could not fix it. Paul at Pelican Marine was awesome. Got me in, in 3 days and fixed it for less then 1,500.00 Running great since. I would Highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with the salesman Doug. Went there to look at new boats and had to find him inside watching tv. That is besides the point that pretty much our full conversation was him putting down the other boat I was looking at. I work In. Sales too and would never put down another company or brand. Very unprofessional and will not be back or recommend.
