A Precision Overhead Garage Door man came to the door. He was nice and courteous. I explained the situation to him, and he started work immediately. He ended up not charging a thing because it was just tightening up the garage spring and readjusting the garage door opener. I would recommend these people in a heartbeat to any one that is have garage door problems.

I was out for a walk & saw one of my neighbors having his garage door repaired. I walked up to Mike to request a business card. He was super friendly & explained everything, I decided to move forward @ that very moment. I'm so happy with my new opener. (So much quieter!) You just can't beat good service & Mike was great! I just purchased my home with a two car garage door but it did have a garage door opener. Precision Garage Door was highly recommended by a couple of my friends. I had several quotes done and although Precision was a bit more expensive, I decided to purchase and install my garage door opener from them anyways. Customer service was outstanding and the warranty they offer on their products was exceptional. My Technician Adam M was fantastic. Just had Wayne come to fix our garage door. This was our first time using Precision Overhead Garage Door. We were impressed with Wayne's knowledge, assessment skills, and his ability to remedy the situation. Our garage door was not closing. It would go down, but would then go back up when it was about a foot off the floor. I knew the eyes were aligned because of the non-flickering green and amber lights, but I couldn't figure out why it was having issues closing. Wayne was able to find hinges that were loose because the bolts weren't there. I don't know if they became loose over time or were never

I got my overhead garage door opener replaced today with Precision. I am totally satisfied with the work they did. Chris was awesome. He explained everything in detail and provided multiple options. No pressure sell whatsoever. Price seemed little bit over the edge initially but looking at the parts, services and warranties came with, it is ultimately reasonable. Chris went above and beyond with his job. Wonderful experience overall. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.
