Honestly I don't know anything about the quality of their service. However I was recently stopped in traffic, and curious as to what was going on when I suddenly realized that a man in one of their service trucks, had stopped to get out and push a wheel chair bound woman across the street. I was completely warmed by his kindness, and I doubt that anyone in that line of cars that saw him minded the slight inconvenience. I wish I would have taken video. #Goodhumanbeing

Great Customer Service! Answered my call right away, scheduled to come out immediately, but after discussing the issue I was told what was going on and how to fix the problem myself. They didn't feel right coming out and charging me knowing it was such a simple fix! Not many companies out there that would do that!

My garage needed a panel replacement. I made several calls to garage repair companies, with Trinity being the 3rd call. Jason had me send photos of the damage and immediately responded with a quote for the replacement. The technician, David, was very friendly and efficient. The panel was replaced and like new within an hour. I was very pleased with the customer service, repair cost, and quality of the repair. I highly recommend Trinity and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed.
