Approximately only 20% of collision repair shops currently hold an I-Car Gold Class certification. The Gold Class designation lets you know our collision repair facility is equipped with expertly trained technicians who have the most up-to-date knowledge for restoring your vehicle to pre-accident condition.

Since you’re reading this, you’re probably considering coming here and I’m here to tell you .. DO IT! 10 star service is provided here. From the beginning until the end of the process you are kept informed on what is being done to your vehicle, where it is in the process and when it can be picked up. I’ve gotten into a collision before and the service was nowhere near as outstanding. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. If there are issues, it is no problem for them to correct it. There is nothing to think about here, autocraft is where you need to go!

First time working with this shop and it was a great experience. Very professional and the communication was on point. They repaired the whiplash I received from an uninsured motorist who was most likely driving under the influence:( on my new 2021 Telluride but now it looks brand new again super happy! Awesome customer service. From ipad check in to customer rep to estimator to mechanics, this is a class outfit. Very different from other repair shops I’ve seen. So professional looking almost looks like a doctors office instead of a repair shop! I was really impressed. I don’t know of any service that actually notifies you Monday Wednesday and Friday on the status of your order. So friendly the staff, no grumpy employees here! I was especially pleased that they would let you know exactly at what stage your repair is….ordered parts, received parts, painted and ready to install, etc. then

Photos are from after repairs. Unfortunately, the issues are highly noticeable. I’m assuming my car was left outside when it was disassembled. It was returned to me with a layer of dirt on the interior and loose screws, the mistakes shown in the photo are after repairs and there is now the sound of howling winds at high speed (something ain’t sealed right). They are offering to correct it. However as a single father in Hawaii, time is very valuable to me. If the car wasn’t finished, why have me pick it up? I have better things to do with my life.

My experience with Autocraft Hawai’i was very pleasant and easy. Before committing with them, they walked me through the entire procedure of what the repair process would be like. Once I decided to get my repairs done through them, they specified a time frame by which the truck would be ready by and kept to their word about when I would be able to pick up my truck—it’s clear they knew exactly what to do to repair the damage and kept me updated consistently via text. They were very kind and friendly, and answered any questions I had within a very reasonable time frame, if not immediately.

Bottom line up front Autocraft Hawaii is a fantastic shop. After my Corvette was hit, I was pretty upset. I started the claim process through my insurance, and there was a list of approved shops. Autocraft Hawaii was one of the shops on the list. I am not sure how you make the list, but their shop was on it. There were a couple of other shops in the surrounding area. I was looking for a shop close to me as I live in Ewa Beach. I felt this would make the process easier to take the car into the shop and get rides when needed. Autocraft Hawaii has a neat check-in procedure using i-Pads. I felt like

This place is absolutely fantastic. They are easy to work with. Extremely kind. They very much care about their customers above everything. I will always recommend autocraft above any other auto body shop on this island. They have taken care of me and my wife in the absolute best way. Our car was stolen and we recovered the same day but the thief kept our car keys. We took our vehicle to Autocraft that day and not only did they take out car that day to hold it to make sure it was safe but they ensured that my wife and I had a vehicle to drive while they had ours at no cost to us.

They were very professional through the whole process. Kept me informed every step of the way with call, text, emails. I didn’t really have to do anything except show up. They coordinated with insurance and rental place without me and it was very much appreciated. My rental was dropped off there for me to ride home from their business and I dropped it back there when my vehicle was ready. Plus my vehicle was done and ready a week and a half earlier than scheduled. Will use again if needed and will recommend to anyone looking. Thanks a lot guys.

From my initial contact with this establishment, I have received nothing but extreme care and professionalism. And the workmanship on my vehicle "blew me away"! It was easy to see that this company takes tremendous pride in their craft. I also wanted to extend a special shout out to Justin and Laura. Without going into exact detail, just know that they gave me an assurance that I was dealing with a trustworthy company and I definitely felt that I was in good hands; my car insurance motto that carries over to Autocraft Hawaii!
