These loan programs include conventional, government, and non-conforming with fixed rate and adjustable rate options.
In order to grant a preliminary underwriting approval, your loan officer and mortgage analyst will need to obtain some basic pieces of information about you. It is possible that more information may be needed down the road, but these are the basics. In certain states, where state laws allow, we may be able to issue preliminary underwriting approval the very next day.

I just bought a house and, because of Patrick and his team, the process was entirely stress-free! I felt like I was their only client. I called for information about a year before I was ready to start the process, but they never put any pressure on me. They patiently helped me with everything (even when I repeatedly sent them the wrong thing). Fantastic experience all around! Would recommend!

Patrick did an excellent job helping me refinance my home even though I'm living in Florida and they are in Maryland. I was looking for the best interest rate I could find and they found it. As far as mortgage brokers (and people) go, Pat and his team are as good as they come! He was super responsive, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to line up everything for us for a speedy 2 week close. He got us the best interest rate for our loan and even personally called the seller at 10:30 the night before we put in our offer to let her know that our finances were solid. In a market with a lot of competition for buyers, I think that personal touch really helped win us the house. To put it simply, we really enjoyed working with Pat and his team! Highly recommend them!
