I usually only take the time to give positive reviews, but feel compelled to write this. I would give Allied Health Solutions a 0 if possible. They did not get back to me when I requested an appointment for Dr. Joseph Pierson, so I had to send a message to them via their website. I did receive a text the next morning asking for my insurance card and drivers license. I texted those items back and did not receive an email that day. Finally on Thursday, several days after my initial request, I received am email from Allied Health call center. They instructed me to fill out an intake form (the worst

I had a problem with one of the staff in the past and the CEO herself got in touch with me several times and made sure the issue was taken cared of completely - that staff was let go. Some patients are good at acting but some of us are really having a really really rough time dealing with some issues with life and health that’s hard to explain…. it exist when the patient says it does. And for this very reason I really do appreciate Dr. Lisa Bradley’s non judgmental, pleasant and easy going attitude.

Omg I have to say that my experience with Allied Health solutions has been the best. The nurses and the Dr’s were very nice to me and walked me through my treatment. Thank you to all of you. Lisa Bradley, PA-C should NOT be a provider here. Since 2015, I have been a patient here and typically seen by Dr. Gerald Todd, however, the last two instances July 2021 & Nov 2021 I have had HORRIBLE TREATMENT AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Every time I have spoken to this woman she seems extremely confused and has placed the patient on hold for over 20 mins with an overall rude attitude and impatience. At every instance where I asked a question, she either placed me on hold or completely ignored the question.

The staff at the Wilshire location is so professional and patient. They are well informed and really helped me thru the process. I highly recommend. I just had my Telehealth visit with Dr. Coco. He was so incredibly nice, kind and informative. He listened to me and gave me a lot of suggestions to be more proactive with my health and the concern that I had. Thank you so much.
