I came from a luxury condo in Jersey City and wanted something newer and a bit out of the hustle and bustle of Jersey City.
I’m privileged to be a member of this community for a few months now. Moving in was an ease, management and leasing agents were very accommodating and I felt like it was easy to just drop by their office for a quick question/ concern.
Amenities are beautiful and clean. One main reason of moving in was the self car wash area which is right next to the garage. The garage is spacious and although I didn’t opt for a reserve spot, pretty much everyone parks in the same spot

Do not move here. They let everyone in to use amenities and everyone brings 10 family and guests. They let anyone park anywhere and do not monitor the garage like they say they do . The garage wasn’t working for 6 months still we were charged every month for it. Anyone can go in an out. You call management and they say “you pay to park on property” meanwhile 80 percent of cars don’t have the pass. Anything for them to make more money. Can not wait till lease is up next year to move out

Noisy building. If you rent any apartment close to the gym, good luck: since the building is on woodframe, expect 24/7 noises and vibrations rumbling through your home. Management is aware of this exact issue and I hope you were warned about it before signing the lease. We lived only 3 months there as we could not stand that. Other than that, it could be considered an average property for Bayonne, with the plus of being close to transportation (Light Rail).

Lots of store fronts nearby and super convenient. location for transportation.
Light rail access is so close.

Beautiful pool.
Building is always kept clean and tidy.
Cons
Have to be ok with weed smell.
Dogs constantly off leash and people don’t clean up after their animals.
Parties sometimes go into 3 or 4 am super loud music.
Garage gate doesn’t open it’s a pain to get into it.

Nice Apartment, they are still building it up, so it should only get nicer. However, it has a mix of clients. This can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. I don't mind, but if you hate hallways being filled with the weed smell beware. The gym is solid, could have wider treadmills. It would be nice if you could buy people in the front door. It's not bad for now, I will update in like 6 months.

The apartments are nice inside and it is a nice complex, however the cons really outweigh the benefits of living here. For the price you could live anywhere in Jersey City and Hoboken.
Pros: Pete in maintenance does a great job of addressing things quickly.
Cons: The entire complex is rowdy (smoking, and parties) DO NOT RENT FACING THE POOL.
People walk their dogs in the court yard, also many dogs off the leash inside the complex.
Parking garage gates are never closed, there are tons of cars with no plates on them, making it very easy to not pay for parking.
We get no updates or communication

Absolutely love this building and all the amenities! The building is for the most part kept very well and even though there is construction going on it’s still pretty quiet and relaxed! The employees here for the most part a really good.. the person at the front desk is super nice and helpful, the workers outside are always super kind and funny and the super here has been SUPER lol get it? I’d give you a 5 star just for how welcomed he’s made me and my husband feel and how easy it’s been to move in because of the workers here always going above and beyond to help me and some of my new friends
