Moving into 295J has been a wonderful experience! Everything in the apartment is top/notch quality and everyone that works here makes me feel happy I moved in here. From the Resident Manager, Damon who is always there to assist in everything he can to everyone at the front desk Cory, Shawn, Jax, Mac and Yasim and others make sure you feel welcomed every time and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken cared of fast and efficiently. It is such a relief to live in a place where everyone takes pride in their work and knows what they are doing!! Thank you 295J family for everything you

I love everything about living at 295J and have absolutely zero complaints. It's been about a month and a half and I still feel really good about picking this property out of all of the other buildings I toured in the area. Everyone helped make the move in process and breeze. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this building to prospective renter.

I also had an excellent experience with Cara. She was prompt, answered all of my questions and was a joy to work with. I wasn't able to visit the building but Cara sent me photos of the unit and everything else I needed. Needless to say, I will be moving in June. For what I'll be spending per month, I'll get so much more than if I had stuck to my original plan and moved to NYC. Can't wait to move in!!

I had a really good experience with the leasing team at 295J. Cara did an excellent job answering all of my questions and was very prompt in getting back to me on all matters.
A variety of factors led me to the decision to move to 295J from FiDi.
1.) The value-for-money is second to none. The quality of finishes in the apartments and amenity spaces is really exceptional and goes way beyond the K-Hov style finishes I saw at places in Weehawken/Edgewater at a similar price point.
2.) Pool, Gym, Dog Run, & Free Bike Storage were all a massive plus.
3.) For me, the location is ideal - right
