I place an order online and completed payment which is the only way you can order here. I get a confirmation and a pick up time so I head over there to find out there is a note on the door that they are closed. Then why would you leave the online ordering service activated and take payments?? And now I have to fight to get reimbursed through my credit card company, super frustrating!

The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. The people who work there are miserable and untrained. You can stand right in front of them with nobody in the store and they will not look up. They are rude and its a shame because the place has potential. The menu in my opinion is sub par. They try too hard to be fancy. Also what breakfast sandwich shop doesnt carry sausage?

Ok, so I kept wandering about this place and decided we had to check it out. What person would call their restaurant cry baby? After my first bite I knew. I wanted to cry like a baby that I hadn't been here sooner. We were in Gouda heaven. Soft, toasted, english muffin, crispy bacon, perfectly yet slightly, gooey centered egg and the goudy cheese.... Yummilicious!
Don't miss this tiny yet simple restaurant for breakfast/ brunch/ lunch. You'll be the cry baby if you do.

The food here is overpriced for what you get, which is basic and the staff had difficulty answering questions about the menu. Google was a little deceiving calling the Cry Baby Cafe a breakfast restaurant, so I assumed I'd be getting more than a choice between bagels or croissants (menu has 5 items on it). As far as the physical features of this establishment goes, it has a modern rustic feel; It's right off the water but you don't get a sense of that when you're inside, as it's a little dark. I'm not sure what the name of this place has to do with what they're about, it's a little strange if you

This food was not good at all... it was like they put the breakfast bowl in the microwave and warmed everything up. Nothing is freshly made. Egg sandwich was a small circle on a large piece of bread, I thought I was being punked. They were nice enough to refund my money but I will not be back... for Davis island, they needs to step it up.

Tried out this cute coffee shop on Harbour Island. Coffee is locally sourced and delicious. Tried the breakfast sandwich which had bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. If you're in the area and looking for a quick bite and some coffee to wake you up, this is your stop. They also updated their murals-great for your Instagram!

Riding my bicycle around town, I saw this cafe and decided to stop by for breakfast.
I ordered their "Cry Baby" Breakfast Bowl which consisted of roasted potatoes, a choice of chorizo, ham, or bacon, two eggs, and smoked gouda. The overall flavor and presentation was very balanced. Highly recommend for a quick but delicious breakfast.
Also, I'm a big fan of their wall murals. It's super motivational.

Went to Cry Baby Cafe to get away from the masses of people at the convention center, and it worked. It was a nice walk between luxury apartments and the water to get there. When we arrived, they took our orders and even with the walk, we were eating soon than we would have eaten if we stayed at the convention center.
I had a roast beef sandwich with roasted peppers, grilled onions, horseradish and cheese in a toasted white bun. With a bag of chips, a large coffee and a 20% I was still out the door at about $20.

Cute cafe in a nice location however the food is pricey and nothing special. The breakfast sandwiches were pitiful they had a miniscule serving of ham or bacon. I make a better egg with ham sandwich and at half the price.
Service was friendly but slooooooow. It took 15 minutes to make 2 breakfast sandwiches and the cafe was not busy.
I'm not sure I would go back. Maybe if it was the last available option.
