Healthy N Fresh Cafe

My second visit to HNF cafe. This place os very cozy and has a positive, inviting atmosphere. Today for lunch I ordered the HNF hot bowl, with salmon. Everything tasted yummy and VERY FRESH! I gave 3 stars instead of 4 because the portion of my dishes was quite small. The veggies and chick peas were supposed to be the main basis of the bowl, and the salmon the add on, however there were just a few bites of zucchini and chickpeas. The salmon and avocado portions were great,as you can see. This bowl really needed some more veggies and chic peas. I left hungry and had to eat a granola bar to supplement

Wonderful fresh and healthy food with flavor!!
We ordered a panini and a couple of the fresh squeezed juices- the panini had beautifully cooked chicken breast and was seasoned nicely. The juices were both delicious too! Highly recommend this place!

Yum!!! I'm visiting Tampa from Seattle and this is exactly the healthy spot I was looking for. Delicious and made fresh. Highly recommend the vegan panini and the special new bowl. The nice server also handed us some homemade hot sauce for the bowl. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Very cute little cafe with awesome board of positivity and prayers posted- you can also write your own. Food was really good- Had the breakfast sandwich! Everything was so fresh, you can see the entire kitchen and the employees were all very kind. Coffee wasn’t great, too sweet. I’ll be back to try more!

Love this small cozy cafè. Food is delicious but a little pricey (worth every dollar spent). I will make it my business to eat here if I’m in the area!

My favorite local spot. Their healthy and comfy açaí bowl is one of my favorites along with their turkey panini. Decided to try their grilled chicken panini and it surely did not disappoint. The food is worth the price and will keep you coming back for more. Their staff and owner are so nice and accommodating too. Surely their little restaurant will have you leaving with a full belly and wide smile 😊

I cannot believe I just discovered Healthy N' Fresh Cafe. I catered breakfast from here for the morning of my wedding for the entire bridal party and it was such a hit. I am a stickler for healthy eating and I could tell that all of the ingredients were so fresh and everything was absolutely delicious! Everyone was obsessed with the food and even took leftovers to leave in the fridge for the day after the wedding. The owner, Lisseth, was extremely professional and kind from the beginning, quick to send over quote and flexible to create anything we wanted. I had custom egg white frittatas with veggies

I always love coming to Healthy n Fresh café! For a quick take away meal or when I have the time to sit down and enjoy my meal and atmosphere, I always feel like I am at home here. Their coffee is DELICIOUS and their food is so wonderful and stands by their name. Love this place so much!

This little spot is along busy Henderson Boulevard, on the south side, just west of Little Leon, in a strip mall. I got there early-just after opening on a Monday, so no problem with parking.

Unassuming on the outside, there's something so warm and welcoming inside-you feel like you're at a friend or favorite relative's house. It's small-a table and counter seating up front and a few booths along the side-and very comforting. There are menus by the cash register

What a great meal and service we received at Healthy N Fresh Cafe! We ordered a grilled chicken salad, chicken soup, and Cuban sandwich. All tasted fresh and the portion sizes were just right. We also tried the lemonade which was incredible too. Make sure you ask for their spicy sauce to kick it up a notch with your soup or sandwich.

From the moment you step into this place you are greeted with this "I'm at home" vibe. The customer service is absolutely impeccable they really go above and beyond and you can taste that same effort in their food as well. I had the breakfast sandwich, which could have easily been two meals and I'm very glad I came hungry! Every bite was so fresh and so packed full of flavor! My husband had the avocado toast, add beacon and let me tell you this toast came out not looking like much but the flavor was overwhelmingly good! This little dish really packed a punch and will definitely be ordered by us

Love their Vegan Panini and Grill chicken Sandwich! Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Whatever u get from the menu, sure you will enjoy it! Fresh products and as their name says, everything is very healthy. 100% recommended.

Food was wonderful! Owners were so friendly. Strongly recommend. We ordered the Reuben sandwich, the black bean bowl, and a chicken sandwich. We plan on going back!

Hand down!! The best Vegan Panini I've ever had in the Tampa Bay area! It is family owned and operated by three amazing ladies! Best prices in town for healthy options .. The avocado toast is delicious and did I mention it's only $4.50 😳

Scored! Found a cute little family owned cafe , ran by passionate people who know cooking and healthy food. Very clean and very healthy food selections. Not many inside seating but it's okay because the food is fantastic. Try their hot sauce , which is to die for !
