It will always be worrisome when purchasing, thank god this company makes it simple . They make going solar a pleasant experience. Whenever I’ve had questions they’ve always been available, patient and kind. They walk you through everything. I also didn’t have to pay anything upfront which was super helpful considering I’m a new homeowner!! Definitely happy with my decision. Thank you apricot !

7 months since signing for solar with Apricot, 4 months since it was installed on the house and still unable to use my system. If you can get them to respond to you at all, they'll just point the finger and blame someone else. None of which makes a bit difference as I continue to pay for solar and pay my utility company. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere for your solar needs. My mind may change if my system ever actually works, but I doubt it.
I've also reached out to the installing company, Freedom Forever, which has been equally disappointing.

I had been interested in switching to Solar ever since we bought our first home 2 years ago. I finally called and the representative that came out to talk to me,, Robert Robles, made everything very easy to understand and gave me a really good deal on my panels. He had answers to all of my questions, represented the company professionally, and was also very friendly. This company has a really good model for trying to save the consumer money and even help you get some money back into your pocket at the end of the year. I highly recommend more people switching to solar and consider this company when

One of four salesman was extremely aggressive while trying to drum up business on our street. We wouldn't open the door and we were able to converse through the window, the moment I said not interested he started to play the I can't hear you game. He was not carrying any information to leave with us, no badge, we asked him who he worked for and he should us the logo on his shirt that was covered by a jacket. He was rude and very unprofessional. I'm pretty sure he was recording the whole time. With this type of salesman, I would definitely not recommend this business. This experience

Terrible unproffessional installers.the installers drilled 18 holes on my roof for no use. They missed the bluprints and know i have 18 holes on my roof with no use. They damaged a metal plate by my sun window. They aldo damaged my fairly knew lawn. They throw glue guns from the roof onto the lawn. Very unprofessional no good installers. They very slow on helping you to repair the damaged they did on my roof. Apricot is slow to help yoy repair what they damaged.

If you're looking for a payment without any explanation whatsoever as to what you're buying please ask for these folks. They're so unconfident with their products that they're not even going to assist you with comparative rates othere are the rates or proper pricing. They'll tell you that they use Tesla but they won't tell you what kind of Tesla models solar panels.. or they're using you're a name brand generator, but they won't even bother to tell you the brand or model. They will tell you that they have a 25 year service plan yet they won't tell

If I could give zero stars I would. Apricot Solar is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible. Their sales reps make promises they can't keep. They will overcharge you, not fix their mistakes, mess up your contacts than stop returning your calls when you try and fix it. Management is just as bad and incompetent to do their job. I'm now stuck with this Solar for 20 years and by far its one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. Management also shares their employees personal information with customers. Calling corporate is a joke
