Very dirty, horrible customer service. Huge stains on carpets, chairs , and even lampshades. And that goes for both adjoining rooms we had. Both bathrooms had obviously not been cleaned. And as far as the hot tub. I wouldn't let my dog in there! The water was light Brown color. Don't waste your money, pay just a little extra and get a condo or something. Or be up-to-date on your shots.😊

The Summit Inn is a trash establishment. We were told that the pool and hot tub were open. When we got there the pool was closed and had been closed for a while. The hot tub was disgusting and dirty, the hot tub room smelt like rotten feet. Not worth the money, will not be going back to summit inn and would not recommend.

Perfect location but the worse sleep you’ll ever have. This place is adorable walking in until you get to the actual room. Someone needs to buy them out and upgrade the bedding/mattress and get a plumber in there. I’d pay more for the location if they would remodel or at least change their 50 year old mattresses.

Five stars for the price- the rooms are outdated but clean.
There is a highway pretty close by but it didn’t bother us. Attached diner had great breakfast. Bonus: cool mineral specimens and free hiker supply exchange in lobby. Also, some people complained about winter prices compared to a similarly aged hotels but there is skiing nearby and it’s close to Seattle.

Situated at the top of the pass - one of the few that traverses the Northern Cascades - the view is beautiful. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, and the rooms are very cozy and well-maintained. All at a very reasonable price point
The one complaint I heard during my multiple stays here has been sporadic satellite reception for the televisions: if it's that important, stay I'm suburbia. Here you're in an alpine environment on the cusp of the Northern Cascades, one of the youngest, rugged, and topographically prominent mountain ranges in the country.
