I don't normally write on websites but I do think that the person who said they have a bad attitude. Have you considered that It maybe your attitude that upsets them and makes them react to your abrasiveness.
They are very helpful, kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. Some are even going to school to further their education. They are not there to be abused nor are they your servant.

I always go to the Manhattan store, but was near the Torrance store, and no one asked if I needed help, and seem very unfriendly, I was very uncomfortable, they need to learn from the Manhattan Store,

Use to be my favorite place to go until pandemic, can you explain to me how we can go to your store touch all supplements but can not use the restroom what kind of customer service is that? RIP 2017-2020 will not be going there anymore :(

One of the best store to buy supplements at good prices. Great selection of brand name besides Lindberg. Very friendly and very attentive helpful and knowledgeable employees and nice manager. They have a large section with clearance. Another store in Redondo Beach

The staff here is really great. There customer service is really good. I had to pick up L-Carnitine Liquid in a bottle and I could not find it so I ask for some help and right away they pointed me in the right direction. They even ask me if I needed anything else.
