Working with Sarah was a great experience. I went in looking to straighten out my nutrition while training for an Ironman competition this year. Sarah did a thorough job going through my needs as an athlete and also addressed my desire to trim a few pounds to be race ready.
She does not focus so much on calorie counting, but looks at everything holistically and then pieces together a plan that works for you by understanding your history and current situation.
I have been using her planning and suggestions to great success in my training (15 to 20 hours per week), and it has totally smoothed

I went with my mother to Sarah for a consultation to discuss how changes in my mother's diet might help her blood pressure and cholesterol count. Sarah was personable, welcoming and very easy to talk to. We were both impressed by her detailed knowledge regarding different foods and their effects on the body. She immediately alerted us to a possible negative interaction between my mother's bacopa supplement and one of her blood pressure medications! This really alerted me to the fact that different supplements and foods can have different effects, depending on your particular health

UPDATE: With Sarah's advice on my mind before, during, and after my training runs the past few weeks, I'm excited to share I completed my marathon today 15 minutes faster than my 1st and almost qualified for Boston!!!!! I'm still pinching myself and am so grateful I found Sarah although I wish it could have been a little sooner. Still HIGHLY recommended :)
