I have a 40-yr old sport injury on my ankle (broke & dislocated) which gives me limited mobility and swells constantly. I did a session of mud packing along with a series of 5 sessions with the laser and was pleased with results. It broke up blockages and reduced adhesions along the scars which resulted in reduced swelling of the ankle.

I've been going to Tracy for a number of years and she's done a great job keeping me in good shape and minimizing injuries so I can keep playing sports. Recently when we addressed my cholesterol that kept creeping up, she put me on a reasonable plan that drastically cut it in a short time keeping me off medication. I highly recommend her!

Tracy is a gem. I've known Tracy for about 15 years and worked with her as a Pilates Instructor but then had some digestive issues. I'd been dealing with this for quite some time and was hesitant to commit to the shifts I needed to make. I finally came back around to her after seeing several doctors and not feeling like I was making progress. Tracy is amazing! We have been doing Scalar Laser therapy on my face for Bell's palsy. She has been able to lift my eye brow and lift the corner of my mouth to smile evenly that had resulted in being crooked since 1999. I tried everything else..you name it. I tried it. This has been holding like she said it would.

I see Tracy for strengthening my core after my back went out 5 times in 2.5 years. Holding steady with her teaching me..she is an amazing pilates instructor, I have seen others but no-one teaches as well as Tracy does. I prefer her semi-privates. In fact it's all I have done with her...She also offers other services like Scaler laser which has benefitted me with my Bell's Palsy. My smile is more " even" and my eyebrows seem to be holding well..I always went in for Botox to even out my eyebrows and my smile every 3 months. I started pilates with Tracy primarily to help with a pinched nerve causing neck and shoulder pain. I had consistent pain for over one year. After less than one year with Tracy, the pain is gone. I attribute it to her consistent teaching and prodding how to properly move my shoulder and neck and everything else. Everything is better without pain.

Tracy Coe has been my pilates instructor for a few years, and she is such a gifted teacher. She is able to spot the smallest adjustments needed in each individual to maximize results.
As a nutritional coach, she has helped me tremendously with hydration. I was chronically thirsty, and she has educated me and given me the tools to feel so much better, and completely hydrated. This has had such a great impact on my energy level, and most importantly - I don't feel dehydrated any more!

Coe Dynamics is absolutely terrific. I suffered for years from chronic leg pain, and saw multiple physical therapists with no improvement. When I reached my early forties I started developing back pain; six months of chiropractic treatment didn't help, because the issues were rooted in lack of core strength and stability. About 2 1/2 years ago I started experiencing increasing low back, buttock, and leg pain caused by piriformis syndrome and two lumbar vertebrae. I was fortunate to connect with CoeDynamics in my neighborhood. Through Tracy's help and instruction with mud packs, nutrition, and exercise my pain not only diminished, I am now pain free. I've been a member of CoeDynamics for several years and as a 50+ man, it's been a life-changing experience. First off, from a vanity perspective, I've got ridges on the stomach I never had as a twentysomething. Secondly, as a golfer, my core is so strong, I can play two rounds of golf in a day while my friends are wilting during the first round. And lastly, work has been terribly stressful this past year due to a management restructuring and my weekly pilates class at Coe has reduced the stress considerably -- and I always sleep better on those nights of my class. Suzie’s hands’ on approach, encouragement, patience and laughter have helped me to change my body completely! Tracy, Pam and Karen are also fabulous teachers and super supportive. Here's the deal.... CoeDynamics is a well equipped, very comfortable and intimate studio, and Tracy Coe is a great Pilates Instructor. I am very thankful that she introduced me to Pilates, and my body awareness and posture is so much better. I want to get strong and healthy, and I think continuing Pilates at CoeDynamics will help me stay there for decades. I came to CoeDynamics this past Friday, thanks Beach Cities Free Fitness Weekends!!! Tracy is an amazing teacher. She was really funny and used a lot of great analogies to help you get in tune with your body. 1 hour flies by!
The studio was really clean-- must take off shoes before entering.

I've been to lots of gyms and studios in my life, and CoeDynamics provided a great first visit for me. I came across their TRX/Pilates class and figured I would give it a try. I booked my class online and they sent me a waiver to complete ahead of time - I LOVE studios that send that ahead of time so that I'm not rushing before my class begins. They even made sure to send directions since Google Maps and most car navigation systems will not take you to the correct place.

I was amazed how much pilates helped me. I'm 34 and drive a lot for work, so had a lot of compression in my lower back. The instructors really got involved to help me and the results were amazing. Just a few sessions and my lower back opened up. After trying exercise for years it's amazing to have such a result that fast. I truly believe it's thanks to the friendly but mostly thorough instructors. They really care and the classes are small, so you get a lot more out of your class.

I came to Coe Dynamics on a Living Social or Groupon back in the Spring of 2014. I've suffered from debilitating lower back pain for over 5 years which has caused me to try countless chiro clinics, energy healers, intuitives, online workout fads, cross fit and more. While I believe that my intuitive healers helped me to release old energy, it wasn't until I started pilates with Tracy Coe that I was able to be fully healed. Have been going to this studio for years and generally love it
The owner recently increased the prices in such a way that... Instead of appreciating customer loyalty.. She has made it impossible to enjoy the " packages" offered by putting a ridiculous time constraint on them... Thereby she has increased the price of classes in one fell swoop
Years of classes and loyalty have just been rewarded with a big fat slap in the face with price hike and complete disregard for my years of classes and referrals
The instructors are great. The owner needs to get a better handle on customer care

I took advantage of their Groupon for 10 reformer classes. I also purchased a series of three private sessions and took the private sessions before taking the classes (which I highly recommend doing).
My instructor Brittany (who I had my three private sessions with and have had for all of my classes) is incredible! She is warm, upbeat, knowledgable, patient, and individualizes her instruction.

I love the intimate setting of this studio. The classes are are small enough to give everyone personal attention. Tracey is an excellent instructor who emphasizes correct form and execution. Exercises that I thought were simple in other Pilates classes are super challenging in her class! My posture, technique, and strength have improved tremendously in a short amount of time. This is not just my studio of choice, it's my new addiction!

In a nutshell: Small (5 students max), clean studio with an ocean view. I am over 50, out of shape, & was a hesitant student. After 6 months, I have nothing but praise for this studio. All 3 teachers I've had are great (Brittany, Tracy, Kelly). They keep a close eye on your form (unlike classes with 20+ students), and make corrections. They are positive, encouraging, knowledgeable. The studio runs occasional specials, such as buy one class, get one free.
Downsides? I wish they offered more basic level classes at more times (mid day or later evening). Overall, I highly recommend!

My wife and I started Pilates 5 months ago at Coe-Dynamics. I have had an ongoing knee problem that has prevented me from running over six years. The Pilates classes have strenghted my core and caused me to be aware of my balance. Through the prinicals taught, I have been able to correct my running form and am now up to 4 miles per day. Tracy, the owner, and Kelly are excellent trainers and coaches. The studio is clean and parking is excellent. I highly recommend them
