While it typically goes without saying, exposure to asbestos or lead is something that is undeniably unhealthy and will result in a host of issues for both the owner and tenants of a property. This is why our remediation and abatement specialists put so much emphasis on diligence when tasked with servicing a property.

Services
Environmental Restorations, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1991. The ownership has a combined total of over 50 years of experience in the environmental abatement industry. Originally, exclusively a lead paint and asbestos abatement contractor, E.R.I. has evolved into a full-fledged general contractor specializing in environmental abatement projects.
Environmental Restorations provides a multitude of turn-key operations, including asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, mold remediation, fire & water restoration, and a variety of other General Contracting jobs. Our professional work crews and management team also supply value engineering to work to specifications to help lower costs with no infringement on health and safety, which is our number one concern.
Whether you work in an apartment building with several units affected by a fire or you've had a pipe burst in your home or office causing immense water damage, we will ensure your property is safely and quickly restored. We often deal with insurance companies directly as your representative to help facilitate a faster paperwork and approval process.
Asbestos located in the home or office is not a danger unless the product is disturbed, damaged or part of a renovation. Since you cannot tell if a product contains asbestos by simply looking at it, do not touch or try to remove any suspect materials without consulting a qualified asbestos inspector to test the area for you.
If you think that your home or office may contain lead you should first have a certified lead inspector come to the site and test the building. Once the inspector has determined that the building does contain lead or lead-painted surfaces, regulated practices must be followed for the paint to be removed by a licensed contractor.
