John and the team are what you are looking for in an Asbestos abatement job. When it comes to the safety of your family, you want to be confident you are getting someone who takes the job seriously. Professionalism was on display with this crew: great communication, step by step help with Zonalite claim process, accommodating multiple schedule changes for me and seamlessly dealing with the unknown additional layer of insulation that was beneath our vermiculite. Upon purchasing our forever home, a 1950's colonial, we decided to look into removing the old and dated popcorn ceilings which were found throughout the house, including the basement and garage. We actually had several plaster companies over for quotes that were willing to do the removal work and didn't once mention the possibility of the ceilings containing asbestos. I have used this company multiple times for asbestos removal. I cannot say enough good things. As usual I am very happy with the whole project. Attention to detail and professionalism to the maximum. Honestly they are the best. They also helped coordinate other contractors to help complete my project on time. For this particular project I called them thinking I was going to leave a message because it was Saturday at 9 PM. The owner picked up the phone spoke to me and was there to look at my project the next day. The whole thing was wrapped up in under a week which is unheard of. Couldn’t have

I had an energy assessment through Mass Save. After having the insulation in my attic a tested I found I had vermiculite (hazardous). After getting quotes to remove the vermiculite we decided on North Environmental Abatement. I had no idea what to expect. John was professional and attentive. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns promptly. He arrived when he told me he would. His team left the house in immaculate condition. This is a 5 star company. North Environmental did a fabulous job removing asbestos and old insulation from our 200-year-old basement. The task was challenging because of the age of the building and the old dirt floor.The team was efficient, professional , and left the area completely clean. I could not be more pleased. Working with John was very easy. He was highly responsive in scheduling dates and payments, and in answering questions about the abatement and clean up process.
