Co-Founded in Groveland, Massachusetts in 1985 by John Clement, William Simmons and spouses, NEET was one of the first environmental firms in the region to offer a wide range of services in the area of environmental site assessments and remediation.
Both John and Bill were formerly employed by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Quality Engineering (DEQE) and were key start up personnel at Enpro Services in Newburyport MA. Between them both, they have many years of experience and technical expertise in the environmental field.The Firm expanded rapidly and in 1991 John and Carole Clement took full ownership of the Corporation.
