I went to have my car tint removed per Maryland state inspection, and specified when I dropped the car off I wanted whatever was necessary to pass inspection removed. Whoever was working the desk called my shortly after I dropped off to say that it was done, and they did not need to remove anything on the back windows or windshield. Picked my car up only to find out it FAILED the inspection the next day because the back window tint was not removed. Tried to call to complain and the owner answered- I tried to explain and ask why was this not removed if it was necessary for inspection and was met

I would not recommend this place! I got mines done over a year ago for 15% and it’s so cheap that when things bump against it in your car it can get mini holes in it! It’s hard to see on camera for the tiny holes. Plus it was starting to bubble up on a specific section. I’m gonna see if I can get a refund from having my ticket still. For the price I paid 160? It’s SO not worth it. Don’t waste your time. Not good quality of tint!

I’ve been dealing with mike the tint man since I was 25 years old sending him countless vehicle I’ve owned through the years. I’m 58 now and still using him to tint my windows. I recently dropped my 2022 Santa Fe for window tint and again a flawless job. If your looking to have your vehicle done you won’t regret it. He stands behind his work and prices are cheapest around.

I set up my appointment for 5%. The man on the phone tells me it will be an extra $20. Even makes a comment about how it’s so dark and a waiver will need to be signed. My husband took my car in for me because I had to work. (I guess it just proves if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.) The guy on the phone wrote 20% on the paper. STILL CHARGED THE EXTRA MONEY. The tech didn’t even clean up behind himself. Slices of unused tint in the car, spray marks all over. Not even presentable. First and last time I go to Tint Man.

They increased the prices since the pandemic and had to take my car back cause tints weren't properly laid down and there was a scratch on the back tint. They smoothed down the tint that was lifted up but wouldn't fix my back tint that had the scratch in it from when they were first putting it on. Very upset, they wouldn't even compensate me.
