Great experience all around. You have to call to book an appointment. When I showed up their office was on the side and up the stairs. The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful and gave me advice as it was my first time having tints. They also give you a packet about what to do and not to do. Once they took my car in I called a friend to pass the time. Took only 20 minutes. And the results were amazing. Would definitely go back if I got a new car.

Second time coming here, decided not to cheap out using the groupon coupon thing. I came on time, I was in and out in about an 40min and wanted to mention someone else came much earlier for their appointment and they still prioritized my appointment first and stuck to the schedule. Tint looks good and customer service was good!

I brought a Groupon to get 2 cars tinted and had to wait almost 3 months until my first appointment. I also was charged $26.50 extra in addition to the money that i spent on the Groupon to tint the 2 tiny triangle shaped windows that are located on the back 2 windows. I sat for almost 3 hours in this freezing waiting area on chairs that looked as if they were dung out a dumpster. Even after waiting almost 3 months after purchasing the Groupon to get my windows tinted, waiting over 2 hours for the process once my appointment arrived, they did a lousey job tinting my windows leaving them with peeling

Very happy with my 2nd visit today. My husband brought in my car for the appointment in the a.m. and David was outstanding. Price was good for ceramic tints. Just follow the instructions they give you regarding allowing it to fully dry. it’ll be sort of blurry until it dries like my previous car. Will be back when this lease is up!! Thank you guys!!

TintMax in Catonsville, MD - excellent job. Only 3 hours! I've attached a photo. Groupon purchase. Selected Maryland legal level of 35% all over. Feel free to check your states local tint laws. Tiny bubbles but I've been assured they will go away in the next few days. Thank you!

Front 2, backseat 2 windows were solid-the small bubbles disappeared within 2 days.

The rear window had bubbles on it that didn't disappear even after months passed. I don't think they cleaned it properly before applying the film.

I took my suv to them previously and was satisfied, but they didn't do a good job with the sedan, maybe because the rear window is hard to reach?

My appt was at 11 am. I was able to locate this location based on other reviews.Tint Max is upstairs, the waiting area is ok and there is a tv in the waiting area and comfortable seats for patrons waiting.
The car being tinted was a coupe and i was out at 12:20. There was no complaints with the service I recieved. Upon leaving i was informed that the windows shouldn't be rolled down for the next 2 days and the waviness is normal (which i only see looking in my rear view mirror on the hatch window). There is residue streaks on the windows and what appears to be "tape like" piece on 1 of my windows

Absolutely a bunch of folks who know their job. I have no complains. They are a new business. Help them grow.

I've been here at least 4 to 5 times and never had an issue. Today is my 1st time coming and using a Groupon and although it may have started out kind of confusing, it worked itself out regarding what was included and what was not included and extra fees that may be incurred.

They run on time and do their best to get you in-and-out of there. I was out of there in a shorter amount of time quoted when I arrived and I really appreciated that because a sista has things to do! But I also know that this business is worth the wait so, I would have waited if I needed to.

I got top notch service from Tint Max! I was able to get an appointment quickly, even though I needed a Saturday visit. Everyone I interacted with there was extremely friendly. I had the two front windows on my car tinted. I had initially made the appointment for that and also to have my windshield tinted. They were very open and honest about the legal problems this could cause for me in the future due to MD laws. I thought that was nice because I didn't know that it was illegal to tint your windshield. They easily could have just taken my money and turned me loose. They didn't though

WARNING: be aware of this place. If you are planning to get your car done in here, I suggest you check your car carefully. The tint job was fine but they left a huge deep scratches on my car as pictures shown. My car is the brand new 2019 car with only 300 miles and they think I did that by myself?? I was going to get a remote starter in here and suggested my roommate but no way I would go back to this place.

This was my second time coming to get a vehicle done here. I had a 12:30 appt and was out by 1:30. Service was fast and the windows look great. Happy customer

Had a Groupon to have my windows tinted. Called to schedule an appt and the lady I spoke to told me because it was a Groupon I had to schedule it 3 months out which I understood. I dropped my car off and within 2 hours they are calling me saying it was done and the car looked freaky. My windows are finally dry and there's only 1 "air bubble" in my tint which I was able to take care of my self. Very satisfied with the work and will most likely be taking other vehicles here

Terrible service. Didn't not acknowledge Yelps deal either. False advertising too. Go to New and better tint. They tinted my car . The next day it came up in the rear back window about half the tint was hanging down. Owner yelled at me telling me it's your car window that's y it came down. Ridiculous no matter what you performed a service and it was poor
Instead of apologizing for poor quality of a job. I got my refund and went to New and Better tint down the street. They are fast and qqwill look over anything that isn't right.

This last trip was my fourth vehicle in which to have the windows tinted.

Chris was awesome, friendly and efficient. My vehicle was done earlier than expected. It was perfect!

Originally bought a Groupon coupon to get my windows tinted here. Left 2 messages and finally got a call back a week later.

Appointment was set. My vehicle was still not worked on when we went to check after waiting 2.5 hours. We waited over 3.5 hours before they finished working on my vehicle. Nobody even came to let us know that they were running behind! No apologies and no discounts either! Why make appointments if you are going to make me wait close to 4 hours? Don't come here unless you have a lot of time to waste sitting in uncomfortable chairs. Time is money and more importantly

This was my first experience getting my car windows tinted, and I was so happy it was at Tintmax.
T'Kia was so helpful on the phone, and I had called to change my appointment several times. She was always professional and friendly.
When I got there, it was a little confusing because they share the space with a car audio business, but I figured it out.
We figured out the tint I wanted, and she told me it would be about an 1.5 to 2 hour wait.
I sat in the man-cave esque waiting room with leather chairs and a flat screen, plugged in my wifi to my laptop, and just waited til my car was ready

Great service had a appt at 1030 and was done around 1130 ish great pricing nice lounge area tho the sofas have broken leather but great job on tint does have some little bubbles but they said they will go away within 5 days so I will check in some days I paid 125 for mines 4 windows and back

Side note I wish they could at least give your car a quick bath after the tint job but I'm satisfied
