I am very satisfied with the professionalism, technical skill and customer service of Caton Radio. I gave them a complicated project to retrofit my 2006 van with a new radio, inverter and back-up camera. They took care of every detail and I am happy! I've attached a picture of the custom panel that the technician installed to make my inverter work.
Update - January 2022. Had a minor issue with my Pioneer unit . Caton Radio scheduled me, did athorough job diagnosing the issue and solved the problem. They went above and beyond honoring their warrantee. Very satisfied!

DON’T GO HERE….EVER! I had a head unit replaced in a 2005 Avaitor. Since then the battery is dead in 2 days if not driven because of incorrect wiring. I’ve returned on 4 different occasions to have remedied, the last time they had the nerve to charge me an additional $175 and that solved nothing. I will post here daily in efforts to steer others clear of this place.

Called them three times with no answer. Took them a day to return my email. so, I called Poptronics who answered their phone after the second ring and were very knowledgeable about the system I wanted. So, I purchased a system for 6k and will be installed next week. I would recommend to Caton Radio to pay someone to start answering your phones. Or maybe you can afford to lose 6k deals?

Just wanted to say that this shop greatly exceeded my expectations. I had put off going to Caton Radio to even get an estimate on work for over a year after reading some of the reviews, but I guess those with problems are the ones apt to provide a review, and when everything works out great, we often fail to spend the effort to thank those that contributed.

I love bringing my cars to Caton Radio to get my tint jobs done. I love the quality of there Llumar films. I have been bringing all my cars here since my first one back in the day. I wish they did offer tint vouchers in case you get pulled over, that's my only wish they would introduce. Overall, I think you would be satisfied coming to Caton Radio.

I had my radio installed by them, and it looks awesome. I went in the day before wondering if they could install the radio, they then told me that I needed to buy a new kit for it to fit. They ordered it that day and had it shipped to them the next day. They then worked on the install for about an hour and it was done very well. The women at the front desk who helped me was really nice and helpful. She also didn't mind me asking alot of questions. All in all I would recommend that people have this company do their stereo install for non-facotry radio units.

Horrible service and dishonest. Chris, the manager is a sheister. They completely destroyed the electrical system in my car with their remote start installation and won't take responsibility. I took them to court and won my case but because their business is hidden under so many different owners I haven't recovered any compensation yet. Take heed and don't use this business.

Been here so many times its ridiculous and been super patient. Had wheel lights done and under carriage lights. Wheel lights continue to malfunction. Looked under the car electrical tape is coming undone, glue, its not worth the money or the warranty which the pick and choose how to facilitate. Chris told me he would not charge me to repair the wires for my wheel lights after they had been damage in and accident then charged me anyway no explanation. I will fix it myself as I have no more time for explanation or finger pointing. 5th time is not the charm. They get too stars for effort but not worth

I had a great experience with Caton Radio. My auxiliary connection was cutting in and out so I took my car in to have them take a look. It turns out my radio was just too old and the circuits or something or another just weren't going to work anymore. They were very straightforward with me and I felt like they were very fair and honest. At the end of the day they gave me a good deal on a new radio with the features I was looking for.

I called Caton Radio a couple of weeks ago to see what kind of double DIN, touchscreen radios they had in stock for me to look at. The gentleman I spoke with said that they had all sorts of brands on display and that I should come on by.
When I arrived at the store, a quick glance at their display showed that they only had one double DIN, touchscreen radio, and that was a Sony. The salesgirl said that I could have any radio ordered. Oh, great. What the hell? I was really clear with the person I spoke with on the phone about my desire to look at various models. It was a complete waste of time.

I came here across town to get window tinting done. The staff was friendly and professional; prices were very competitive; and the job done was great. Luckily, I've never had a bad tint job but I've certainly have heard about bad jobs. Glad I didn't experience one here. They have a limited showroom with some of the wares they sell and also a nice waiting room.
If there was anything that I could nitpick on, is the estimated time they said I would be back on the road....was underestimated by a few hours---I would have brought reading material to occupy more time!

Caton Radio Rocks! People read ALL reviews b4 u believe only neg. comments. I have a FoodTruck and they totally hooked me up with an awesome sound system at an extremely affordable price! My installer did incredible work and was fast as lightning. Btw, he was nice as can be. Thank u Caton & thank u Andy. U have a customer 4 life.
