The worst experience of my life. Not only did they make me bleed but THREE of my nails broke not even two days after coming in. I work with cash on a day to day theres absolutely no reason for them to be breaking this fast besides it being sloppy fast work. I’ve never had my nails break this fast before in my life. The response I got from Tracy was horrifying and I will NEVER be coming here or recommending this place again. I work with hundreds of Santa Cruz locals every week and get continuous comments on my nails. I will be sure to inform every single person who asks NOT to come here unless

The good salon should be come. I came here once a month to take care of my nails. Nail technicians are very talented and focused, and fast. They use their own products and techniques that are more gentle on your nails than regular salons.

The best choice place for nails. Before, I couldn't understand why my mother and her friends liked to come here despite the wait. Until I came here with my mom, I absolutely loved it. A clean, beautiful salon and staff who are extremely careful when working. Maybe I will be a loyal customer later today.

Anyone like me? I love getting my nails done here because they are really amazing. It only took an hour my beautiful fingers were finished with extremely beautiful colors. Maybe It's expensive but you get what you pay for people!

Overall the experience was great. I came across this unique shop because near my house. We got there a little bit early and were greeted by the owner of the shop. I really like my nails after she takes care of my nails.

Terrible. I had gotten acrylic nails put on here a few weeks ago and went in to have them removed. The reason I did not remove them myself was out of fear of damaging my nails. I went in and the employee physically removed all my acrylic nails rather than soaking them off.
She used another acrylic nail as the removal tool to pry my acrylics off. After I physically recoiled multiple times in pain she finally asked me if it was okay to which I responded it was hurting me quite a bit. She however continued in the same fashion seemingly unbothered by the fact that I was in pain. After a few more acrylic

Tom was kind, did an exceptional job making sure he understood what I was asking for. I made an appointment ahead and didn't have to wait long to be seated. One of the best nail experiences I've ever had.
