Perfect 10 Nail Spa

I have been coming to Perfect 10 for the past 6 months and I can honestly say that I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE here! Vivian is by far the best nail tech I have EVER HAD! She always takes great care of me. She takes her time to perfect, and does amazing on my cuticles. I am ALWAYS complimented with n my Gel Manicure. It is all around been a great experience here. I am a very picky person and hate when I have done my nails elsewhere and been disappointed, but I promise if you come here you will not be! Ask for VIVIAN and I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I went here the other week to get my nails done. I've only done gels before but thought I'd give acrylics a try and heard good things about Yen here. She was super sweet and did a fantastic job!

I put a picture of my nails and the reference picture (I asked for her to make them a little bit shorter so they don't look exactly the same). Super happy with how they turned out, I absolutely love them!

This salon is my go to, and has been for years! They have a great selection of both dip powder and gel colors, and can recreate designs very well. Vivian always does an amazing job and has helped my natural nails grow longer than they've ever been before! Today I asked her to recreate an image I saw on Pinterest, and I love them!!

Great customer service, quality nails, I have been coming here for over 5 years. I have tried different nail places with high ratings and they do not measure up to Perfect 10 nails spa in San José. I drive from Fremont every 3 weeks to get my nails done here, that's how good they are. I highly recommend this location if you crave quality!

I've been coming to this salon since 2019 and they never seem to fail! everyone is so sweet and friendly. Tracy is my favorite by far! her shape and designs are always perfect and i'm pretty picky about my nails lol this salon is the only one i will ever go to!

The nails I got were vary nice the after math and pain will never go again for a set that was over 100 and lasted a week

This business thought a Black woman was not going to pay for her nails bc her wallet was in her car. 5 workers stood in front of the door and locked everyone in. At this point that's considered kidnapping. They are beyond racist and it's the last time I go there.

They also made my skin very raw and it hurts (seen in picture) it's swollen and about to bleed

Lan Did an amazing job on my nails and free handed a beautiful snow flake, suggested the candy cane nail since i didn't really like the full glitter nail!! Really happy with my nails and probably gonna try to book with her next time.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON EVER. I would never recommend this salon to anyone because of the fact that their main focus is herding customers in like cattle. I had a misunderstanding with the nail technicians about wanting powder gel on my nails for protection and metallic color. After a series of back and forth discussions with numerous workers, they finally understood what I wanted and in their broken English replied back that they had no time for what I wanted... I've never had an appointment only to be told there was no time for what I wanted. A few of the technicians even laughed

It's dirty and the customer service is horrible. If you are looking to do gel x nails. Do not go there. They do not know how to do it properly.
For the amount they charge they should do a better job.

The nail lady didn't think I was Viet so she was complaining about how much designs I got on my nails her name was Lucy , I've been here a couple
Of times and never had anyone talk bad about doing that much designs and also she have cut me with the machine to file down the powder

What an amazing customer service and management! I have been coming here for years. They made sure I was satisfied after a little mishap last time. Mai is amazing! She listened to what I wanted, took her time to make sure everything was perfect and was gentle! Love my nails.

LADIES! this place uses MMA for your acrylics. which is ILLEGAL to use for cosmetic nails!!!! do not come here, i will be reporting this place. i soaked my nails at home and they will NOT come off after 1.5 hours. the work was slightly better than average which is what brought me here but i am definitely never coming back to this place

Tyler is the kind soul that answers the phones and checks people in for their appointments. He brings each person to their nail technician. He's the first person you encounter when you call or when you walk in; I love how over the phone and when I come in, he knows immediately who I am. He also is the person who takes payments and I just have to say, he does such a great job in keeping the line moving and just being present, in general.

Usually come in and there is a small wait to get a service even with an appointment, but this visit was worse. My appointment was at 5:15 PM, and I was seated a few minutes early which was nice (I thought). The woman next to me was seated at the same time and she was basically at the end of her service when I decided to leave. I was initially really excited to go here because of the amount of Instagram followers this nail place has and because of a friend's recommendation, but I don't think that it lived up to is reputation.

I came with a couple of friends and I did a full set with design (it was a fill) for $60. The design and the nails look so beautiful and the I'm really happy with the way that it looks! I've never been happier with the shape. However, my skin was accidentally filed by the nail filer twice, once on each hand on the same exact finger and it was EXTREMELY painful and the drill bit
