I have been with State Farm for more than 20 years, moving out to San Diego, I would have assumed the customer service was similar. Oh was I wrong. I called multiple times trying to add my home owners policy on to my existing policy’s. Multiple voicemails with messages and text messages, with responses 3-4 days later. The office seems understaffed and unorganized, I love State Farm I just can in good faith recommend this office to anyone. Buyer Beware!!!

Over the years, Joe has amazed my husband and me by providing the utmost professionalism and genuine care.
It started when we first reached out to Joe for our insurance needs. Initially, he was going to insure us, but quickly realized we would temporarily be a better fit with another company. Wow!! Really?? Who would be so ethical? Joe is extremely honest and will always put you first! You can trust him!!
When the pandemic hit and the world was shutting down, Joe was one of the first to reach out to us. He reminded us that he was there and wanted to make sure we were doing ok! He followed up

An Absolute Professional, Every Step Of The Way
Don't know where to begin with Joe, so I guess it'll be easier to start out the gate by sharing how very happy I am with transferring over to him, at his insurance agency for all of my coverage needs.
I've known Joe for quite a number of years and wished I had reached out sooner so he could have reviewed all of my policies, from my personal auto, home and business plans. I could have saved not only money, but I could have had better coverage all these years.
Well, it's true when they say better late than never...I can now sleep better at night

Joseph Santos has been my insurance agent for a few years now and has been an absolute pleasure. Anytime I have questions, he and his team are always more than willing to help me. I applaud his agency’s transparency, service, and their willingness to always go above and beyond. I don’t foresee any reason for ever needing a new insurer. Added bonus as he is bilingual (English and Tagalog). Would highly recommend!

I was with Allstate for 14 years and I felt they were fine because I shopped my insurance around and compared before signing up. I never bothered to have my policies reviewed after so many years because I assumed the premium I was paying was fair. It wasn’t until Joe reviewed my policies that I realized I wasn’t fine. I was paying too much for home, auto and business insurance.
