We are a full service bicycle retail store selling, road, mountain, hybrids, comfort and kids bikes. We have a wide range of accessories and equipment available for the whole family. Certified mechanics are on hand to assist with anything, they do all repairs as if it was there own bike. Anything as small as pumping up a tire to major over hauls.

Went in Saturday on a whim looking for a new bike. The staff here are EXCELLENT and really helpful. Nick gave me all the advice I needed based on the info I gave him, and I picked out a Specialized Aethos Comp. After letting me go on a test ride I was super into it and decided to buy. Dennis did all the adjustments to make sure the fit was good and I've never left a store happier than I did this one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This past Saturday, I went on the trail for the first time and I wanted to rent a bike. The 2 guys at the rental area was so awesome. Really cool, friendly and polite guys. Their customer service and knowledge of bikes are top notch. I remember Steve being one of them and sorry, I don't remember the other guy's name. But either way, renting from WG Wheel works is the way to go if you're just looking a day of riding.

I am traveling fyom Virginia but damaged my rear derailleur hanger while riding in Charleston, SC. I was desparate to get it fixed during a two day stopover in Haines City, Fla. These guys had the hard to find parts and had me ready to ride in under two hours. They replaced my hanger, trued my wheel, and verified my derailleur alignment for $90. I will always give them my business when I am in town. Highest recomendations!

Started out great with Jose, when I walked into the store. Helped me picked out my very first clip-on pedals, road bike shoes, chains and cassette for my bike. Did tell him that I was going to ride my bike over the weekend, he then said, we’ll make it work! Well, obviously that didn’t happened and was told that I was going to get my bike Tuesday. After the memorial weekend, called the store and spoke to Josh and said “Your bike will not be ready by next Tuesday the 8th.”

Couldn't recommend more. I have rented a bike for a triathlon here the past 2 years and have always had above and beyond customer service. They have used my bike fitting measurements to adjust their bike as close as possible to my measurements, swapped my seat with the rental one, and provided SPD pedals. Upon pick-up, they're very prompt and kind and provide tons of advice on places to bike around the area, group rides that occur etc so you can get the most out of your rental while being safe.
If customer service isn't enough, their location is perfect! Right next to the rental shop are two playgrounds

I had bought a Garmin Edge 530 back in September. Well, it started to go wonky and flake out, so I took it back to exchange for a new one. The owner Dennis informed me that Garmin doesn't really like for the store to be a go between and they want you to call and deal with them directly. After whining a bit he went ahead and exchanged it for me. I decided to upgrade a bit to the Edge 830 because I liked the touchscreen. Anyway, Yes I would recommend this shop. All i needed was to get a simple cable replaced on an electric scooter. They didn't even really look at it to see. Just saw the scooter and told me no. Referred me to another place that was just as bad. They are just turning down easy money when I'm trying to help by spending mine.

Paid $70 for a repair and all I got was a cleaning. Tried to explain that the chain was doing the same thing as before but because I couldn't replicate it in front of them they refused to take it back in for another check up. The tech just kept saying that nothing will happen, I don't feel comfortable letting my girl ride the bike like this. Will never go back and now have to find and pay another bike shop.

I purchased a new bike and my sales person was Wendy. She was terrific. She answered all my questions and recommended several bikes to try out. She was very patient and was determined to make sure i got the exact bike i wanted and that it would fit me. Wendy is very product knowledgeable and provided outstanding service. Wheel Works is a great place to buy a bike as they have an infinite variety of makes and models .

Off the bat, I was dissapointed that the old west orange bike store was closed, and I lowkey boycotted this place out of spite. A "pouring one for my homie", kinda deal.
That didn't last long because I eventually needed real help for my bike. The staff is very knowledgeable and have fixed/adusted my bike & tires a few times now. I will say their phone hospitality isnt the best, but let's be real I'm not going here for people skills, I'm coming here for bike skills which they have. I'll continue to use their skills while living in the WG area. Thank you!

Great place to bring your bike for service, or if you are looking for a new bike. Casual or competitive- yep this is your place.
On the day after Christmas I called and they were open. Brought a gift "Santa" may have assembled incorrectly. They were friendly, discussed what was needed and called me when it was done - same day!
Price was reasonable for what I needed.
All in all - I'll bring all our bike needs to this place.

We received excellent customer service from three people who worked as a team to help us make a great choice. They promised delivery in a couple of weeks. The bike arrived within days and they made it a priority to get it to me ASAP. One of the managers actually delivered it on a Friday evening on his way home from work so I could have it for the weekend. He did not leave until adjustments were made and I was perfectly satisfied.

My family had a wonderful experience at the Wheel Works / Winter Garden Station. We met Chet and he was very helpful and kind. This is a great place to visit for all ages. You can rent bikes that are very well maintained for a great price from friendly staff. We always have a great experience there.

Recently I had them replace a tube and they pinched it so it kept loosing air. Brought it back in and asked them to replace the tube but please return the old tube to me as I want to confirm they didn't cause the problem. They "accidentally" threw it out so I had to pay full price for labor plus a new tube.
They are proof that the more chances you give someone the less they will respect you. So they will get no more

Chet and the team at WGWW took great care of me, and charged a fair price for the work they completed. And even though they were clearly busy working on other bikes, they took the time to fit me in! Great customer service!
I could have easily gone to several shops that are closer to my home, but these guys are worth the drive. :)
