I was in Orlando for the week and wanted to rent a bike to get out and ride. I came across The Ride Xperience and booked a rental with guided ride. From the day I booked, everything was handled wonderfully. I let Alex know my bike measurements and my riding abilities ahead of time and everything was planned out perfectly. The Specialized Road Bike I was on felt great and the day could not have been planned any better. We completed 58 miles and I got the chance to see some awesome parts of Florida. Alex's knowledge of the sport and area really enhanced the overall experience!

Rented a street bike to compete at Ironman 70.3 Florida in Haines City, FL. From purchase to drop-off, Alex's service was exceptional. I had quick, straightforward responses to my questions. Upon arrival, the bike was perfectly adjusted to my specifications and the bike itself was in excellent condition. Drop off was quick and easy with zero hassle. I know that my situation is probably different than most that rent their bikes here, but when you put months of training in for a race and you are trusting a 3rd party for an essential piece of equipment and they go beyond your wildest expectations

First time renting a bike while on the road for business. Called around to find a rental company to deliver to hotel. My wife and I were in the Orlando area for a golf vacation and we wanted to take in a day of cycling.
