Bikes and Blades is the Orlando area's only full service bicycle rental shop. We offer hourly rentals, full day rentals delivered directly to your hotel or guided tours along any of the local trails or through some of the more historic downtown's. The West Orange Trail is the premier rail-trail in all of Central Florida, if not all of Florida.

Central Florida's West Orange Trail is a one-of-a-kind bicycle trail experience. Our experience staff will outfit you with the best possible bicycle for your needs and riding style. West Orange Trail Bikes and Blades offers premium Raleigh Bicycles for men, women and children. All rentals include helmet, water bottle cages, and a small accessory bag if requested.
The Coast-to-Coast Connector Trail will take you from Playalinda Beach on Florida's Atlantic coast, to St. Petersburg on Florida's Gulf coast. Built by the Florida Greenways & Trails Foundation, the trail is a fully paved asphalt surface where complete, and totals just over 250 miles! With nearly 200 miles completed, the remaining miles are easily navigable on mostly lightly traveled surface roads.
Bikes and Blades has extensive experience providing bicycle and running related team building events to corporate customers. These events range from Charity Bike Builds to providing Duathlon and Triathlon events utilizing the West Orange Trail and surrounding resources. We can provide door to door events including the event, transportation, and food and beverage service.

Beautiful and well-maintained, this is a great destination for riders, walkers, runners and roller-blade enthusiasts. The trail is wide and offers approximately 20 miles of path. There are several fun places to stop along your journey. Definitely plan to stop and enjoy downtown winter garden. On Saturday’s there is a farmers market.
There are many cute neighborhoods you can explore as well just off the trail.

I recently completed Florida’s Coast-to-Coast Trail on one of West Orange Comfort Bikes. Julie Chamberlain was fantastic setting me up with the bike I needed and making drop off and pickup arrangements. One suggestion I have is to equip certain bikes with rack and saddlebags for those renting on longer distance trips.

It's a great place, we were out and biking only 2 minutes after walking in! Now that's customer service! The prices are great too $30 per bike for the whole day! ($99 for a whole week)
They do tune ups and repairs.

The trails were a calming experience. But I must warn newcomers if and when you take the west orange trail: when you get to winter square, a sign will point left to direct you on your route, DO NOT go left _off_ of winter square, otherwise you'll get lost. Instead bear left and continue strait you'll see familiar markers soon after.
Over all had a great time!
