I love this place. As a hiring manager it's pretty expensive to use the temps but I have been more than satisfied with the folks I have been sent to fill holes in my schedule. Even when I get someone unprofessional all I have do do is report it and I get someone new OR I can request someone who worked out previously. I've found this to be a very reliable service and mostly professional. Lots of young people, some with good work ethic and some without but definitely more good than bad. The bad one are REALLY bad. I hate using the term ghetto so let's just call them "hood"

I had a very unpleasant experience with your staff. I left multiple messages with two recruiters that went unreturned re a position that turned out was no longer available. When I called on 6/14 at about 10 a.m. PST, I spoke to your receptionist. When I explained my dismay she simply made excuses saying the recruiters were probably too busy. When I asked if your agency had a protocol or policy for returning calls, she said they did not. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused. I then asked her if she did not understand my request and then she told me I was being rude and then hung up
