From the lady at check in to the nurse that wheeled me out to my car at discharge, everyone was very professional, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Warner did my gallbladder removal surgery and I am recovering well. The nurse that got me ready before surgery was very kind in helping me put on my gown (I have a cast on my left foot from a prior injury and wheelchair bound at the moment) and made sure I was safe when transferring to the bathroom. I barley felt anything when she put in the IV. The anesthesiologist listened to all my concerns including my acid reflux issue and gave me medications to

This is coming from someone who has never had outpatient surgery before. My experience with this center was very positive. The nurse Sarah that got me ready from the very beginning was so so kind and compassionate. She definitely is the best asset. She knows how to take care of someone. Everyone made me feel so comfortable from Dr Warner, anesthesiologist, and 2 nurses. The recovery nurse I had Jo (Kay) she was amazing she kept checking on me-knew exactly what I needed. If anyone needs surgery I strongly recommend this place. God bless everyone-all of you are amazing people!!! :) :)

I was in, filled out a few forms, and was promptly put in a bed with a warm blanket. They injected my IV with something and I was asleep in under a second. When I woke up I was not even groggy. All the nurses were nice. The surgery was a very easy experience and I was definitely in good hands. They even called the next day to see how I was doing. If any of those working there are reading this, Keep up the good work! <3 Special thanks to Dr. Havig and his team. If I knew the others' names I'd give them special thanks as well.

They called us to tell us they were running half hour late the day before, then the day of surgery they said they were ahead of schedule and were rushing us. So confusing. What really angered me was we asked them FOUR times to save the metal
Plate he was getting removed. They acted like we never asked and then said they couldn’t take it out of the BioWaste. So aggravating! We begged them. They’re like sorry! Sorry doesn’t cut it. They need to listen to patients requests!
They told us surgery and recovery would take an hour and a half. Turned into three hours. No apology. No consideration
