Poor communication, on day 90 of refi and it hasn't closed yet. I have to beg for communication, and even then it's days, or even weeks, later until I get a non-reply that punts the ball down the road. I'm on my second rate lock which I'm sure has expired by now, so I missed out on the good rates due to this company's complete and utter lack of competence.

We were delayed twice. First due to lenders neglect to order the appraisal on time. The appraisal was ordered 5 business days before closing in a hectic market. Second, because they didn’t know that our state requires three days to review closing figures before closing. The title company reiterated this multiple times in email with all parties copied. Completely unacceptable. Now, Loan Cabin has cost us hundreds in carrying coats for their lack of knowledge and professionalism.

Requested rates for a 15 and 20 year mortgage. I go through the entire online process of filling out a application and running credit to only receive a 30 year mortgage quote back. I reply saying that is not what I applied for and would like to see rates for a 15 and 20. Never received a response back a week later. No phone number online to call to anyone. No phone number included in initial email back from loan officer. Hard pass for me. All the warning signs already to stay away.
