The foot is a part of the body composed of 28 bones, 38 muscles, 56 ligaments, 30 joints, as well as nerves, arteries and veins. We perform an average of ten to twenty thousand steps per day. This is why the foot produces many medical and orthopedic problems such as bunions, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, warts, heel pain, ankle sprain, circulatory problems, diabetes and arthritis.

Wasted my time and money to this doctor’s office only to get a prescription a 1% Diclofenac cream. Seen by two doctors. Yes, I am upset because I have pain and all I get in return is “Sorry cannot help personalities.” Sending me for an MRI as if I had a fracture. What a way to make a living by charging the insurance for some X-RAYS and a 1% cream. If I had known would have saved my time and pain from visiting today.

I have been a patient since their Jackson heights location. In that time time I have seen 4 different doctors at that same podocare practice. I kept going for my insoles because I felt they knew what they were doing but I will look for a new foot doctor after this last pair of insoles.
After having an issue with the insoles they put a random path underneath the insoles and said it was fixed. I could ask them to help me through my problem... But this would be the second time they fix this pair of insoles that cause me knee and heel pain.
Communication with the doctors is the WORST. They never
