How did we come up with the name "Boone Docks Marine"? Several reasons: First, Mary always called her daughter (Brooke) Boone Boone as a fun nickname. Second, we moved out to the boon docks when we purchased the business. Third, we sell a large amount of docks and we are an award winning marine dock shop with Hewitt our dock manufacturer.
The Hewitt Roll-A-Dock is an all aluminum dock with a baked on powder coated decking that never gets hot or slippery. Come to our shop and kick off your shoes to give it try. White or Beige decking color options. All Hewitt docks have a 15-year warranty and are easily adjustable. They come with a built-in winch with removable hand crank that allows for quick height adjustment for different depths or changing water levels.

The Boat Owner is required to have adequate boat insurance for boats stored on the property. The Boat Owner understands and agrees that Boone Docks Marine SHALL NOT be responsible for damages caused by fire, theft, storm, wind, rain, flood, wildlife, critter damage, acts of God or any other causes beyond their control while the boat is stored at the Boone Docks Marine facility.

I honestly cannot provide any criticism about my experience here. I initially contacted them via email without much context for a quote. In my experiences, many dealers ignore email requests for quotes and want you to call and speak with a salesperson which I hate. Not the case here. They quickly responded back via email with not only a quote but also provided suggestions based on my situation. I continued to ask multiple questions back and forth over email. No other dealer has done this especially given they didn’t know who I was as a potential buyer.
So at this point, I’m sold on the dealer

First day i went in to drop a boat off for some work..was just prior to Covid shut down. I gave the business a 5 star rating based simply on the first impression and friendliness of the staff the work ended up taking a very long time mostly due to shipping issues with parts and the virus causing delays the business knew i was frustrated and in the end discounted the labor costs significantly to make sure i was satisfied 😉 They did not have to do that and because they did i will remain grateful and remain a customer 5 stars!!

Boone Docks is the absolute best! I recently purchased a Suzuki outboard motor and the good folks there installed it on my pontoon. They did a wonderful job and we could not be more happy with our purchase. The thing that sets them apart is that Mary and Chris offer a level of customer service that is extremely rare these days. I highly recommend them for any of your boating needs.
