Bad customer service specially from someone named Margarita over the phone tried to get info and get service done but looks like they don’t know how to talk with customers. Rude behavior over the phone I don’t even want to walk into the office. Will take my business to someone else.

I have been coming here for 2 years now they give you the max possible!!! I went to h&r block before and did my taxes there and my returns were always so small... I went to domincs with my same returns since my boyfriend had to do his and I was just curious at why my return was smaller so I asked the guy if he could give me a estimate and I was supposed to get almost 500 more. H&r block bamboozling people yall. Come here to dominics and do them!!
