After graduating from UT Austin with a BSN and RN, she worked in the trauma/surgery ICU at Parkland Hospital in Dallas where she met Dr. Friedman. They married in 1993 and have two children, both in their early 20's. Luisa has been working with Dr. Friedman since 2004. Her calm demeanor assures that the practice runs smoothly.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren (all boys!), walking, and cooking Mexican food (enchiladas are her specialty dish!). Sparkle has been assisting Dr. Friedman in the office and operating room since 2007. When she is not at work, Sparkle spends time with her 20-something daughter and enjoys dining out, clubbing, and watching basketball and football.

Dr Friedman is the best! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is contemplating plastic surgery. I’ve had 2 procedures done with him and extremely happy with both. He never rushes but takes his time thoroughly explaining and answering all your questions. He dsnt rush your surgery either but takes care to make sure the results are the best possible. Dr. Friedman is amazing! I interviewed five other surgeons before I chose Dr. Friedman and it was worth all my research. He is so thorough and being gifted artistically outside of surgeries makes him an artist in surgery. I cannot say enough good things about him. I had a breast reduction and it has been life changing. I have always hated my double chin. Skinny or fat it’s always remained the same. I couldn’t see anything else in my pictures and it made me so self conscious. I went to Dr. Friedman hoping for some improvement, but did not expect the dramatic difference it made. It wasn’t 100% painless, but his staff was super friendly and he kept us all laughing so it made the process go smoothly. I am so happy with my results! I am no longer hiding from the camera.

I visited this office for a second opinion. I had very old ruptured silicone breast implants that needed to be removed. This is an amazing office. The staff is so friendly and put you right at ease. Dr. Friedman was very thorough explaining my treatment plan and was very patient when I asked questions. My surgery was a breeze. I would highly recommend Dr. Friedman. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and his staff!

I have been getting Botox injections and other fillers from Dr. Friedman since 2011 and his staff for many years, and I would choose them over any place in Dallas/Fort Worth. I have been to a few. ;)

Extremely Satisfied Patient! I absolutely love my results. The staff in the office and Dr. Friedman are all amazing! I know I made the best decision when going with him. From the moment you step in you are treated with a great deal of courtesy and help. Dr. Friedman is professional, knowledgeable, 100 % honest and thorough with the procedure and recovery, and a big plus is that he has a great sense of humor. I can only say the same about all of his staff as well. I am only 5 weeks post op now but will add some pictures later on. Highly recommend.
