The building was formerly the residence of the prominent Cheda family of San Rafael, and was moved from 4th Street at A Street, San Rafael to its current location at 907 Mission Avenue, San Rafael, California.This classic Victorian home was converted to office space and was owned and operated by J. Sanitation and other public agencies require planning for regular maintenance of infrastructure systems, development of emergency responses to equipment and system failures and planning for facility expansion and improvements to meet the future growth of their communities. Called because I was in need of engineer/drafter (very politely) and person who answered phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. literally have a high volume of projects that my company has coming in and this old crabby lady just threw money down the drain for her company for no reason at all. not the type of person I would want representing my company. maybe she needs to find another occupation. do not recommend to anyone!
