We are fully re-opened for circuit and indoor classes, and following all health and safetyrecommendations. We are also offering virtual classes if you aren't ready to join us yet. My experience with the Health Coaching 3 Month Program was a very positive experience. Being given the tools to achieve a healthier diet and lifestyle was life changing.

Health being my number one goal, this program teaches you how to nourish your body, your mind and your spiritual self. I am now armed with all the tools necessary for a healthier and happy life. Located in Ramona California just 11 miles from Poway, Fitness Xpress for Women offers an all inclusive 30 minute circuit training workout in a clean and spacious gym. Our specially designed women's and teens fitness programs are for those who want to stay fit but know the importance of balancing exercise with a hectic lifestyle.
A. The Circuit Workout is a fast, fun, and safe fitness program that combines both strength and cardiovascular workouts in 30-minutes. It is an interval circuit-training program that quickly changes your body shape. The workout utilizes hydraulic resistance that matches the effort of the user. In 30 minutes you have worked every muscle group with none of the soreness.
This 45 minute boot camp style class gets your heart rate up with body sculpting exercises using a variety of fitness tools in addition to TRX(R) Suspension training. Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned gym rat there is a challenge in store for you. You'll improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and energy levels while losing weight!
