I love bringing my car (Ford Escape 2015) to this car wash. It is very convenient for me because they have oil change and wash serviced the same day. ALEX has always been so nice to me and explains in detail the options available. I got an oil change with wash inside and outside with wax clay to preserve the paint for my car. My goal is to keep my car as long as possible and ALEX understood me clearly. Gave me the best option available and his team did a wonderful job. I would have paid wayyyyy much more at the dealer or elsewhere. Thank you Alex for your service. I will be coming back soon!

All HANDS on deck for this HANDS car wash facility. I wouldn't think of taking my car at any other place to have it washed. Do NOT mind the long lines at times as it is well worth the wait to have your vehicle washed here. The customer service is great as well as the management staff. The wash packages as there are many are very reasonably priced for their expertise detailing,will fit any budget.

This car wash is easy to get in and out and self serve vacuum is really nice. The price is compatible and staff is great.
I have been here more than few time and I always see the staff walking around and pick trash and keeping the place clean. Sometime it can get busy but it's still worth it. The location is great.

Always worth it! They've done an excellent job completing the interior car shampoo and detail. my car look so brand new every time. (Please do provide the employees a great tip for their work. They really earn it)
The other thing I really liked about this establishment is the location and the waiting area.
Waiting area has plenty of space and chairs. You can see your car pass through the car wash and also watch as your car gets detailed. They also have clean restrooms inside.

Great car wash!! Has lots of options depending on your price point. My car always comes out super clean.
They are also well staffed with many people working here, so if it looks super busy you will still get your car in 30-35.
They have a nice shaded cabana with free Wi-Fi while you wait.

Paid over $100 for a mini detail but was quoted almost $300 initially for a full detail. Outside of the car was ok- worth $30-40 for me. The inside of the car was disappointing. I have a toddler so I didn't want to deal with the mess and paid a premium for the pros to handle but when I was putting my car seat back in when I got home, the results were disappointing. I grabbed a rag and a bottle of armor all to clean them myself.
Two stars because the mats were vacuumed and clean. Basically pay for the cheapest car wash here if you are in a pinch but do not pay for anything premium. See pictures

Fullerton car wash does not accept reservations, so I walked in on a free Friday. I was told it would take about 2 to 2 1/2 hours for a mini detail, and was quoted a little more than the website with the condition of my car. There is an outdoor seating area with Wi-Fi, so I was able to do work and read while I waited. As time rolled by, I kept wondering what was taking so long... Then they came and grabbed me. My car was beyond spotless. I have no idea how they did what they did, but they did it! I will definitely be a returning customer. I cannot rave about this place more than enough.

With all due respect mr Kal, i wouldnt baselessly blame you if i wasnt aware of where the damage came from and I feel like youre just side stepping here. I also drove through here for a quick wash and drove to work (not walking around my car and inspecting till i got out later) so dont try to avoid blame here.
Maybe you havent damaged any other cars but I know it came from this place because that was the only height that matched the size of the scrap. So belittle your bad yelp reviews or however you want to handle it but one thing Im not is fabricating info.

Just bought this car last week and boy was it dirty! Dirt everywhere and a ton of nasty stuff all in the cup holders. It needed to be detailed and 100% hand washed because of the roof rack and Alex the owner hooked it up! I got a full detail and he really made sure everything was taken care of. I've only been here twice now, the first time i just got a regular wash and those are worth the money too!

Between driving my car on long drives to different places and my local car wash still closed for unknown reasons, my car has desperately needed a car wash. Although Fullerton Car Wash was a bit of a drive from home, to me it was worth it to go somewhere that was well-reviewed because my car really needed a good scrubdown.

I took my vehicle for a wash/detail and spoke to Alex. I showed him my vehicle which was covered in white German Shepherd hair. He suggested a detail, which I already knew I needed. He was very informative about the services provided and honest. Based on the condition of my car, Alex stated it would take approximately 2-3 hours.
I received a phone call stating my car was ready for pick up just over the 2 hour mark. I saw my car and was absolutely flabbergasted at how clean the interior was. There was no sign of any dog hair. Allesquik detailed my car and did such an amazing job.

Hands down my new favorite express car wash!!!
I've been here for full service car wash but mainly hit up express washes. Now that Fullerton Carwash offers express car wash, I only need to come here to wash my dirty cars. Once you try them you may never go back to the other express washes.
Pro:
1) The length of the wash is way longer than the other places. Longer length equals longer washing. It's like getting 2x the wash than the other places.
2) The mechanical cloth washers goes slow back and forth and gentle on your car. There's also more scrubbers for cleaning. I tried
