I just used Jose for the first time today. I am in awe of what he was able to do. The car looks amazing, like it's just off the dealership floor. This is after not washing it well for about six months with three kids. I am really stunned at how great it looks. He was able to work with me pricewise. He showed up exactly on time. He was professional and very pleasant. I cannot wait to use him again. Definitely a five-star experience.
All of his yelp reviews are five star and I'm sure he deserves every one of them. The only one that is not a five star has to do with the communication error

Called Jose on Sunday to schedule an appointment for Tuesday at 230. I message him asking if he got my message and he gave me an excuse saying that it's going to rain. I checked the weather and nowhere on there does it say it's going to rain. I messaged him asking if he was still coming and he 'read' it, but didn't respond. I messaged him again and he asked who is this how may I help you. I then called him and he said that 2 of my guys didn't show up and he doesn't think he can make it. Jose, you should at least have the decency to call the customer and

Never had my car personally detailed before. I drive a Mercedes SUV ML350 4matic with a 2 yr old daughter that makes a mess in the car . I take my car to regular car washes but can never get it close to clean . My husband used 1 auto detail to detail my car and I was shocked when I came out to see my car! SUPER SpotLess! Literally looks brand new!!! Hard to reach crevices and areas were really spotless. I'm amazed by the work that was done to my car. Everything was shiny down to my floor mats. Called Jose for wash and he came over same day. They washed the coach and the VW parked next to it and both looked great afterwards. With the coach we have been unable to find reliable mobile RV wash. Problem solved, Jose works hard and will be using him again. Honest, friendly and a hard worker.
I found Jose on internet. Googled Mobil RV Wash, phoned him and he offered to come right over and wash the coach. Good choice!
