Paradise is a state of the art facility. A huge place consisting of a high intensity gym on one side equipped with racks, rogue bars, and all types of plates olympic and regular. The other side has a large selection of nautilus machines and great motivation as art on the walls. The middle consists of a boxing room, spinning room, and cardio area.
Not only do they have an insane facility but they have the best staff and members in Miami. Had an issue with my account and manager took care of it right away. Oscar is experienced in customer service and great to deal with.

I didn't appreciate how money hungry they were. I signed up the same day AFTER also paying the daily entrance fee & they didn't even want to give me back $10 lol $10 come on now..
First gym I see that charges an annual fee and a monthly fee.. you're a gym at the end of the day. Had an issue also with canceling my membership on time, they charged me for an extra month I didn't wanna pay for & I also got charged the annual fee for the year when I was only there for a month.
Just little things like that rubbed the wrong way, the actual gym is nice though.. just not worth

So I went to the new facility and the parking was horrendous. I explain to the gentleman at the desk that I will have to cancel my membership due to the parking situation and he was very nice and assisted me with canceling my membership. He advised me that I would still be able to work out for the day. Upon answering the weight room I was approached by the owner who told me that he will assist me with my matter. Great gym! Been going here consistently for 5-6 months and I'm super pleased with everything. After being a member at couple larger franchises I can tell you that those gyms are where people go to get seen, Paradise is where people go to get work done!
Members and staff are respectful and friendly. The gym is equipped with everything you need to reach whatever fitness goals you may have. I've been working out on a regular basis for 15 years and this is my favorite gym.

After years of going to big box gyms, I really wanted to support a local gym during this time. And after browsing several area gyms, Paradise Gym looked to be the perfect one. However, I was thoroughly disappointed during my first visit. Besides a few people here and there, NO ONE is wearing masks. In an environment where people are constantly perspiring, it is selfish of gym goers and reckless of gym owners to not mandate them. Of the 50 people in the gym during my visit, only about 15 had on masks over their nose and mouth. Social distancing was also not adhered to. If it’s impossible for you

Great gym, with a nice set up. It can get little crowded at times especially on the free weight/machine side. Theres another open side with turf and a more crossfit feel with sleds and power lifting equipment which is nice. The people are friendly. The front desk staff is lame for the most part (always on their personal phones, too good to say good morning back, etc) and late alot so the gym opens 10 to 15 min late on regular basis which is annoying. 3 stars bc you cant seem to open on time.

Called to put my membership on hold for my daughter and myself. Was told I had to do it in person, but this was March 20, and I was in quarantine from traveling to nyc that week.
I was just charged for the month of April for 2, gym is closed. Left a voice mail, but was still charged. Will not be going back to paradise. I understand we are going through difficult times, I have not worked in a month, so why take advantage and charge monthly fees, when most of us don't have the extra money

Perfect gym to go to if you want to work out. Not busy except for maybe Monday nights. People of all types working out and lots of available trainers not a part of staff to help as needed. This place is much better than your typical big box gym. Give it a shot - and your first visit is free!
The only thing negative is they always have same politics/news channel on the televisions. But since you can't hear it, I won't knock the 5 star down.

My favorite gym. They have all of the right equipment to get a great workout. They have lots of personal trainers that I see there including my friend Archy who is a great motivator and inspiring person. I always tell my friends they need to go try this gym. In my opinion it’s the best gym out there for the value of your dollar. They have protein shakes, showers and lockers, and Friendly / positive environment that makes you feel good to go workout every day. 😁💪

Not all gyms are created equal... That being said, Stratiform Fitness is a cut above the rest. In my opinion there is more to a gym than just weights and machines. This gym has a positive atmosphere and an organic energy that is created by the staff and members. There is nothing contrived or hollow about this place. It's not a night club, there are no mirrored disco-balls hanging from the ceiling and there are no cologne dispensers on the walls. This is a fitness gym and doesn't try to be anything but that. There is no steam room or sauna. No racket ball or basket ball court. There is

Love the layout of the equipment & machines. Large televisions located throughout with a wide variety of programming always playing. Tons of magazines, clean restroom/shower, refreshments for sale at front desk. Always someone to help you at all times. Hours are excellent. JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!

I love this gym so much. Five Stars for the staff, atmosphere, cleanliness and workout equipment. Minus one star if you need child care but for those of you who do not need child care, this place is awesome. There is a cross fit studio and private parking lot across the street from the gym. The gym itself is smaller than the chain gyms but so are the number of patrons. I usually saw 5-10 people in the gym working out during the day, 20 in the evenings.
