Great place to buy a motorcycle. Horace is upfront and clear about all the charges. His staff is friendly and helpful. I have bought a couple of bikes from Horace and will probably buy my next one from him. It is a small shop with a small staff so be patient if you hit him on a busy day. I bought one bike on a slow day and Horace return my phone call with a follow-up offer that outline the entire cost. This place is trash I paid almost a grand to fix my dirtbike, i paid for an inspection after the 2 weeks passed they promised to look before 2 weeks. The 2 weeks passed and they didn't even look at it. From there it took another 3 weeks and I got tired of it and I went to go pick it up they didn't my clutch and don't switch my battery this place is a scam and I highly recommend go somewhere else unless your buying a new bike

After coming from a bad experience from a previous dealership. I must say orange county KTM has been amazing.
Their staff were willing to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process of financing a bike.
Shortly after I applied I was the proud owner of a brand new Husqvarna 701.

Well, I brought my 2016 1190 so they can tell me why I can't shift down to 1st gear, they were very polite and told me they will try to figure out what could be the reason, which they did, after about 30 min they pointed out to the after market Foot Peg bracket, which to their opinion is bended and prevent from engaging to the 1st gear. I paid, and took off, a friend which is BMW Mechanic, took a look, took an Allen Hex wrench, tied the shifter screw, which was a bit loose, and all well since then (6,000 Miles) ... bottom line, not the best demonstration of proficiency

DO NOT GIVE THIS OWNER YOUR BUSINESS. Horace the owner is not a good person. His customer service is terrible and he is rude! Everything about his body language will tell you that he's not interested in talking to you. I bought an amazing dirt bike from this store and was expecting the next time I went in to get some sort of help or conversation going but got absolutely zero. I hope he reads these reviews and will change the way he treats his customers. Take your money and buy a bike somewhere else, trust me.

If ur trying to negotiate price over the phone, on the fence what type of bike you want to get, or have random questions... go forum.
Honestly, I was a bit turned off with the CS when I first came in. But when I showed that I was a serious buyer (picked up a 2020 Husky SM), Horace and his team were nothing but professional.
People need to remember this spot is in the business of selling bikes. So you have to understand if they have a short leash with people wasting their time.

If you are an Aprilia owner stay away from this place. I know this is the only Aprilia service center in Orange County right now but save yourselves the headache and frustration and get your bike serviced somewhere else. Your bike will just collect dust and Horace will charge you for the dust it collected while it sat at his shop. Good luck getting an update on the status of your bike as it would be the same BS he will tell you every week, "...we are pushing your bike on the lift right now or as we speak, I will give you an update next week..." If you value your time and sanity avoid

Horace, the owner took my call on a Husky svartpilen 401 and gave me an immediate out the door price - he didnt have any in stock but neither did anyone else. I tried price matching the bike at my local place but they couldnt touch the price and came in roughly $1100 high and gave me the runaround on having one in stock anyways. Horace had some on order, put a deposit down on two of them (one for the Mrs.) and it was an easy deal. He's a busy guy so be patient, he stayed late to process all my information on a saturday night and i couldnt be happier. looking forward to picking the bikes up

About 4 months ago I came by interested in buying a KTM rc390 and asked to arrange a test ride. Horace took down my info and told me he would get in touch to schedule a test ride. Never heard from him. I found a very low mileage 2017 rc390 from a private party seller I ended up test riding and buying. The bike only had about 700 miles on it and was under warranty for another year.
